Practically a bar where you also eat. But don't be fooled by appearances: here they make the best brovada soup in Friuli and sublime fresh sausages cooked in ash. Rare flavours, for which it will be best to book well in advance.

03/05/2025: An excellent pizzeria in Baldasseria I suggest Donna Sofi an excellent pizza to everyone.
02/05/2025: I heard a lot about it so I booked and went, it was really worth it!! The pizza is really excellent, the dough is made with high hydration so it rises a lot but it doesn't stay on the stomach, tomato and quality ingredients and you can taste it. The staff is very polite, attentive and engaging, they explain the pizza, the ingredients and advise you on the choice. The price is correct and in line with other pizzerias in Udine although with a much better product. Well done and truly a great product!!! Compliments.
