A place of the heart. A splendid neighborhood trattoria. The food is reasonably good, but it's the unique friendliness that emanates from the walls of the true Livorno of yesteryear!!! @

Tried this place with colleagues, definitely unique. The interior has a highly partisan theme, yet it's still welcoming, a mix between a trattoria and an osteria. The menu is on a blackboard, the wine is "neat or sparkling?", and the dishes are generous and well-seasoned. The cod and gnocchi are definitely worth trying. The staff are very attentive, the atmosphere is a bit noisy but acceptable, and the prices are very reasonable: definitely an experience. Recommended for the food, staff, and atmosphere. As far as I'm concerned, and what really made this place fall apart for me, is the fact that smoking is allowed in the restaurant at the end of the night (when it was time to pay, in the other room - at 10:45 PM - a group of young people at the table had been smoking - for a while, judging by the smoke - while they were being served beers). If the restaurant is open, smoking is prohibited, period. We would have liked to stay another half hour for a drink, but we left.

A very rustic and spartan place (in a good way). The food is limited, but very good. It's also usually very noisy (due to the music and if you're near one of the many bands).

An unforgettable experience. Excellent and plentiful food, fabulous atmosphere, reasonable prices, super efficient and helpful staff.

A Livorno institution, you have to go at least once in your life. Excellent seafood galore, affordable prices, and a unique atmosphere at Melafumo...

A true immersion in authentic Labronic style! I went for lunch, and even with the restaurant packed, I was served and looked after well!

A very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is typical of a Livorno tavern. The menu is on the blackboard and the dishes are delicious. Always very busy. Reservations are required, otherwise... you won't be able to eat these exquisite dishes.

siamo ai margini del centro di livorno, ristorante chiaramente rivolto ad un pubblico locale, tanti riferimenti di cui non sempre si capisce la coerenza dove dominano calcio e comunismo, animato da musica invasiva e dagli avventori che alla bisogna partono con un "bella ciao" in coro, praticamente impossibile conversare. al servizio tutti ragazzi svegli e rapidi, tavoli con tovagliette di carta. abbiamo preso antipasti vari che cambiano di volta in volta buoni, polpo in doppia cottura veramente saporito. con acqua e bottiglia di bianco del ristorante in 4 pex per 2 portate a testa abbiamo speso 120€.
