I was there last night for dinner, and I ate really well, nice and very clean environment, excellent service, very good typical dishes. Prices are normal. Recommended

The food is good, ambiance is amazing as you have a panoramic view of the old city. The service needs to be improved, not so attentive.. had to ask 3 times to get the dessert menu

Food was honestly very average. You can tell it's just pandering to tourist rather than authentic when you have to tell them not to put cheese on a steak. The tiramisu is just a puddle of cream and the creme brule had barely any flavour. The waiters are polite but was awkward when he noticed we didn't finish the tiramisu. The restaurant does have a stunning view but ruined by constant cars and motorbikes driving past loudly.

Amazing restaurant! The 2 pastas (one with shrimp and one with salted cod) and the octopus were fantastic. Also the waiter Hasib was great!

Pleasant discovery in the splendid Matera, we were welcomed by the owner, a very knowledgeable and welcoming person. The authentic flavors of the territory accompanied our dinner, with flavors full of tradition. Excellent wine, a primitivo suggested by the owner. Excellent olive oil, I think among the best ever tasted. Thank you

Consigliati dal nostro ospite abbiamo provato Materamì e il consiglio è stato prezioso. Abbiamo cenato in terrazza, a metà della discesa verso S. Agostino, in una serata calda ma con piacevole ariettina. Cibo tipico con personalizzazioni molto apprezzate: in due abbiamo mangiato un antipasto (la cialledda), due primi (foglie d'ulivo alla contadina e cavatellini con ceci neri, baccalà e crusco), un secondo (baccalà alla S. Giovannino), due dolci e due caffè. Anticipati da una mousse di benvenuto spettacolare ogni piatto era davvero un piacere per il palato e uno spettacolo di sapori. I complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff molto cordiale e attento, se avete l'occasione assolutamente da provare. Per concludere nota di merito ulteriore al prezzo, 79€ in due per una cena così sono un prezzo onestissimo!

Esperienza perfetta in questa osteria con scorcio mozzafiato sui Sassi. Siamo stati accolti con il sorriso dal titolare ma non è mancato nemmeno nella continuazione della serata, dal personale di sala, molto preparato e propositivo. Materie prime eccellenti, ottima carta dei vini.
