Best mondeghini ever! I finally found the perfect mondeghino (for me) with the right consistency, flavor, and, above all, the original recipe! We had a fantastic evening thanks to the hospitality and expertly prepared cuisine of the guys! Congratulations!!! All the dishes were delicious, including the "tuttopollo", cacio e pepe, mezze maniche, and risotto! The tatin was fresh and sublime, as was the blueberry and lemon balm sorbet! An evening we'll remember!

A restaurant of the heart... everything feels like home

We were greeted with extreme kindness and warmth, as if entering a home. Two enormous stuffed animals sat on two armchairs in front of the entrance, one of which was dressed as a chef. The atmosphere was refined, and the extremely polite and knowledgeable waitresses looked after us from start to finish with attention and courtesy. The food was exceptional, and the service was even better. Then we understood why... The chef was a student of Gualtiero Marchesi, needless to say. Thanks also to the owner, who was also very kind and affable. We'll be back very soon.

Finding it in the Michelin guide, I couldn't find just any restaurant. Their zero-waste philosophy is truly wonderful! The food is truly delicious. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

Writing I was here with a friend, and she gave me this wonderful gift: lunch in this special place. Starting with the kitchen, the dishes are refined, innovative, and meticulously crafted. I also greatly appreciated their philosophy: valorizing every ingredient and avoiding waste, demonstrating that even simple ingredients can create true wonders. A special thanks goes to all the staff for their impeccable service, courtesy, and efficiency, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
