A lovely restaurant with outdoor tables on the bastions overlooking the sea and towers, offering a breathtaking panoramic view, especially at sunset. We personally ate inside on an unfortunately rainy evening, but it was still beautiful, tasteful, and well-maintained. There's no phone service inside, but the staff is very kind and provides the password for the Wi-Fi, which is a great plus. The food was quite good, and the Alghero-style paella was delicious and interesting. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Good service, reasonable wait times, and fairly prompt. We had a great time.

I don't understand the plethora of negative reviews. Perhaps it's a matter of the dishes being a bit underwhelming, but the lobster pasta was excellent, the oysters were good, and the swordfish was tasty. The desserts were delicious, and the service was very friendly.

Reasonable food, prices are quite high but you are paying extra for sunset and sea view. We had a nice meal and it was good they provide gluten free pasta. The suckling pig dish was enjoyable (slow roast pork and potatoes), the frigola paella was enjoyable too but not the best we have eaten in Sardinia. Staff were friendly. Hence all together a 4 star experience.

The outdoor tables are spectacular: you can see the sea and the Alghero sunset right from the ramparts. The staff is attentive, perhaps a little hasty. The cuisine is excellent. The highlight is the Alghero paella. Highly recommended. The price is perhaps a little high, but given the location, it's definitely worth it.
