I was part of a group and we came for lunch after a visit to a winery. We arrived almost at 2 pm, but we were welcomed warmly and with a smile on our faces. As soon as we sat down I pointed out that I had to eat gluten-free as I am celiac. They made me the whole menu (all typical by the way) alternative to the others gluten-free and always with local cuisine!! Everything delicious and traditional!! I really recommend it! Super honest price!

Osteria in una minuscola frazione, San Giovanni delle Contee, di un piccolo paese, Sorano, a cavallo tra Maremma, Tuscia ed Umbria. Già solo il tragitto per arrivarci è un affascinante viaggio attraverso un'Italia fatta di natura incontaminata e paesaggi di altri tempi. L'accoglienza ed il servizio, semplici ma accoglienti, con quel calore di "famiglia" che ti fa entrare subito in confidenza con il personale, le ricette della tradizione locale, casarecce ma realizzate perfettamente e con una materia prima di qualità e davvero a km 0, i prezzi modici ed una carta dei vini sorprendentemente vasta ed attenta alle realtà artigianali del territorio (tra le tante segnatevi Cantina del Rospo) sono solo alcuni dei motivi per cui tornare e ritornare qui. Un'esperienza in osteria che in realtà è un viaggio in un'altra Italia che forse non esiste più ma che vale la pena preservare e custodire ❤️

Bella locanda, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, sono stati gentili ad aspettarci fino alle 15.00. Ci torneremo. Complimenti
