A truly wonderful, very well-maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. Superb location!

This was our first visit in Venice and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay. All of the staff were lovely and extremely helpful with any questions. The room was comfortable and spacious and was cleaned up every day and we really appreciated the free bottles of water left for us. We also loved the location! Great bars/shops/restaurants in the nearby area. We'll definitely be coming back here if we ever return to Venice!

Hotel placed in a nice and quiet street, almost no-one around. Just get across a bridge north, 200m and it gets crazy busy, so u appreciate the place. Very professional staff, perfect English, breakfast ok, as for Italy Room that we got was fantastic, clean and spacious. Bathroom very nice. Vaporetto 3min walk from the hotel. We recommend very much.

A very nice hotel on the banks of a quiet canal in the Cannaregio district. It's just one bridge away from another lively canal lined with restaurants. The staff, both at reception and in the breakfast room, are very helpful and attentive. We were even able to have breakfast before leaving early in the morning. We also took a water taxi ride (between 50 minutes and 1 hour) on the Grand Canal and smaller canals for €45 per person. Piazzale Roma (where you arrive by bus and tram) and St. Mark's Square are a 20-25 minute walk away. The Fonte Nove ferry for Murano and Burano is 15 minutes away.

Cannot express enough how excellent the service was here. The desk staff were immensely helpful - having helped arrange for concert tickets, dinner reservations, and even our airport pickup

A pleasant hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Venice's iconic tourist attractions. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated. There are Bacaro restaurants nearby for a relaxing aperitif along a canal.

This was by far the best place I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The staff, namely Arjol and Massimo, were INCREDIBLY helpful, kind and fun! The location of this place was the best part, you are one street over from all the happening places yet you'd never know it with how quiet everything was. We found leaving the key at the front desk before leaving for the day (something I saw other reviewers complain about) actually helpful as none of us needed to be responsible for the key. The double bed pushed together was lovely as my friend and I had our own space and bed yet it was space saving. My biggest complaint is the shower- the water would leak out everywhere but that is simply by design and can't really be helped (unless you want the shower curtain touching your body while showering, no thank you). While one of the bartenders (who shall remain nameless) was kind, he did get brave and put his arm around me at one point during a late night chat/drink with my friend outside. The three of us were engaged in conversation and I could tell he was clearly sweet on me. I was stuck in shock/fear and not sure how to react and it was uncomfortable for me as I struggle with setting boundaries. All in all, I would for sure stay again!

Simply wonderful. Prime location, beautiful architecture and decor, lovely bar, magnificent breakfast, and exceptional service.

Comida, servicio y vino excepcionales. La berenjena a la parmesana es increíble. Toda la experiencia fue increíble. La mejor comida de Venecia. Iría aquí todas las noches si pudiera.

Hermoso restaurante en Cannaregio. Vimos el restaurante cuando caminábamos por Cannaregio y pensamos en probar aquí para cenar. Es estupendo comer al aire libre en una tarde muy cálida. Muy tranquilo en esta parte de Cannaregio así que pudimos charlar sin interrupciones. La comida era excelente al igual que el servicio. Muchas gracias a todos los que hicieron que nuestra velada fuera genial.
