Everything exquisite. We had a few eggs with truffles, fried artichoke, beef tagliaita, seasonal vegetables and desserts. Excellent and relaxing environment.

Experience of 12/28/2024: Having arrived here following the directions on a blackboard, we find ourselves in a well-kept room, which opens onto a very quiet square. The food is excellent, the service very friendly, the environment very pleasant and intimate. We will evaluate whether to return on important occasions. Advised!

The host is a truly exquisite person, kind and affable, present but not intrusive. The environment is very particular, simple but with great attention to detail and personal details. The food is very good and the service is quick and punctual.

An amazing experience. The food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the wine selection was perfect. We came here on our first night in Fano, the heavens had opened up with rain and even though they had closed the kitchen just before we arrived they were kind enough to still serve us phenomenal food/wine, rather than sending our group of four out into the rain. If you’re in Fano I would highly recommend spending an evening eating, drinking and soaking up the atmosphere at Osteria Lo Spietato.

If I could give 6 starts I would, we showed up after the kitchen closed during a downpour and they still served us beautiful food and amazing wine. Superb staff, incredible food, simply the best

02/11/2024: Posto fantastico, con un vero professionista dell’accoglienza in sala che ti coccola dall’inizio alla fine. Ottima la scelta di puntare su vini del territorio, valorizzando le eccellenze locali. Da ammirare anche la proposta di degustare 4 tipologie di olio diverse messe a disposizione fin dal nostro arrivo a tavola. Cucina ottima e realizzata con amore per i prodotti e maestria nelle preparazioni. Se non si trovasse a troppi km (moltissimi) da casa mia sarebbe il mio ristorante ideale, per adesso lo metto nei luoghi del cuore. Bravissimi.
13/10/2024: We ate here. What a great cook, worthy of a Michelin star. Enjoyed. Eva Maria is standing alone in the kitchen. What a top chef. She conjures up delicious dishes. Great class. Highly recommended to eat there Axel, partner of Eva Maria, an excellent host.
