Four of us had lunch, upon reservation. We were greeted with courtesy and, at our request, placed outside. We tried various starters: prawn and yellowfin tuna tartare, braised squid on chickpea cream and grilled tomino cheese with truffle; followed by the following first courses: spaghetti with tomato sauce, Tuscan olives and burrata, black paccheri with red prawns from Mazzara del Vallo and courgette flowers and pappardelle with white guinea fowl ragout. Finally, two types of dessert: chocolate tenerina and creme brulee.
All courses were excellent and well presented. The quantities were not equal to other places visited in the Pisa area but certainly adequate. The staff, although not very cheerful (I wouldn't be happy working on Sunday either) were attentive, courteous and very professional. We spent around €160 for four starters, four first courses, two desserts, two coffees, a glass of wine (by the way, the wine list is endless...) and a bottle of water. Not very little, but the price is perfectly adequate for the quality of the dishes. Ultimately I would recommend it and, if I return to these parts, I think I will visit it again.

A pleasant food and wine stop with an excellent and varied land and sea menu, the fried anchovies light and crunchy, the first courses delicious (perhaps the pappardelle alla guinea fowl deserved less salt) and the desserts also pleasant. The crowded place made the waiting times unusually long, but the quality of the dishes made up for the inconvenience.

A pleasant discovery, we spent a pleasant evening, a restaurant with a good wine list, which we were invested in, I would say, to be at the top, not very complete as it could include the vines and other info. Good food lacked the wow effect….
A note for extra dishes not on paper, a sheet with the prices written on it is advisable.
After all this I highly recommend it because it's nice and welcoming and the food is good.

We thought we'd come to a simple trattoria. When we entered the restaurant, we saw the beautifully set tables and a huge selection of wines. The service was very friendly, despite our language problems, and translated everything into English for us. The mixed seafood appetizer was warm and delicious! The papardelle with guinea fowl ragou and crunchy herbs, delicately seasoned with orange zest, were great. The fried seafood with fine slices of zucchini and carrots was incredibly tasty and hard to beat.
We were happy to have found this Osteria.

The steak and pasta were very tasty. Prices are average. But the portion of black pasta with shrimp was very small, a few small shrimp in total, considering that I don't eat much, it wasn't enough for me. The creme brulee dessert had a lot of unmelted sugar on top. Overall, the atmosphere is good

The name Osteria is a bit misleading in reality given the well-furnished room and the type of dishes and it is also a restaurant of a good standard. We tried some fish dishes, all good, even the portions are not like an Osteria like the prices, however adequate for the quality. A place to stop and eat if you want to eat well but it's not the out-of-town Osteria.

Grazie!
