Visité esta ciudad con un amigo local y realmente disfruté de la ubicación. Incluso en un día de invierno la plaza estaba lo suficientemente caliente para comer fuera. La pasta con trufa estaba muy sabrosa.

Restaurant with few seats, very nice, clean and easy to reach. Typical but refined cuisine, excellent cured meats and excellent appetizers, perfect first courses, second courses the same and desserts worthy of the rest. The bill is honest and without surprises. I've already been back twice and will go again, highly recommended++++

We fortunately found a place without reservations at the restaurant on the day of the olive oil festival.
We ate the very good traditional menu with an interesting quality/price ratio.
The menu is enveloping, very well prepared, the level of the restaurant is medium-high and the quality/price ratio is very good.
Very friendly, efficient and very polite staff is truly a plus for the place.
I hope to be able to return next year when I return for the Walter dell'olio festival. Comfortable table space. Cozy place.

Arriving without a reservation and with 2 strollers in tow, even though the place was full they offered us the possibility of setting a table outside. They were really helpful. The superb cuisine reflects the true flavors of the Umbrian culinary tradition. All the courses were much appreciated, as was the local wine they offered. We will definitely be back. It deserves an encore.

For the kindness, preparation and friendliness of the staff, 5 stars are not enough: we didn't have a reservation but they managed to find us a table, excellent advice on wine and an excellent way of doing things.
Excellent dishes, good wine and exquisite desserts.
Top quality/price ratio.
