We stayed at Rosario's B&B, and it was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the start. As the last stop on our holiday, we ate at the Cantinone Coppularossa restaurant, owned by the same owner. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent and fresh. Highly recommended ❤️

We went to Cantinone Copularossa in Carovigno and had a really good time. We ate traditional Apulian cuisine and loved everything about it: very good, flavorful dishes, and above all generous portions. It was a pleasant discovery and an excellent opportunity to savor the flavors of traditional Apulian cuisine. We would love to go back!

Absolute ADORE this place. There's always a warm welcome. The menu is beautifully considered, excellent local interpretations. We often get the antipasti, which comes as a parade of dishes ranging from raw and cooked meats, seafood dishes, vegetable dishes, bean purees, cheeses and more. Couldn't recommend it enough!!! And so reasonably priced.

This was our best gastronomic experience in Puglia! A menu full of local varieties and incredible flavors! The atmosphere is so welcoming that you want to stay for hours until closing time, and as for the service…that truly won our hearts. Besides the entire team being very friendly, our host, Mr. Angelo, won the hearts of our family! We had the best cooking lesson in Puglia and we will definitely return! Congratulations to the restaurant!!!

We had lunch on Sunday, August 2nd.
The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Mr. Rosario was truly kind and treated us with great care. The food was spectacular... with fresh, refined ingredients. The dishes were truly generous.

Excellent experience.
We recommend the appetizer for a minimum of two people, which includes several courses.
The staff is very helpful and courteous.
The menu includes fish, meat, and pizza.
White, red, rosé, and sparkling wine are available by the glass.
Recommended, and we'll probably return.
A small discount is available by booking with The Fork.

Food was ok, nothing special. Big portions. Their traditional antipasto, minimum 2 persons but it was way too much for 2, I wish the waiter would have said so! Pasta was good. Pizza should not be in the menu. It is frozen food or it tastes like it. Do not go for pizza. If you go for traditional food then ok but pizza should be left to pizzerias. Not their thing.
