Dinner with friends, we saw some pizzas passing by that looked quite good, but we remained on the "cooked" side, favoring local dishes, all well executed. Only the cod still had the skin attached. They don't have wine from some well-known companies in Castrovillari, but they still have good alternatives from the surrounding areas

To return to Puglia we extended our time to return to Castrovillari after years. Disappointment for the town but in front of the Tower there is this small tavern. There are several steps up and therefore not suitable for disabled people. But it's worth it. Superlative first courses, cut a little stringy though, very good potatoes. Excellent wine. Too bad the daughter forgot to bring us the appetizers.

Well done. No frills, real food. Great service with skill and passion. Excellent. Very tasty à la carte menu with an artistic touch.

29/04/2025: A very pleasant discovery!!! Truly excellent products!!! I savored a grilled sandwich, with typical products (mushrooms, sweet raw ham of their production) A true oasis of taste!!! The owners are cheerful, very kind and helpful!!!

05/09/2024: Beautiful place, a thousand meters above sea level, located in the upper peripheral part of Plataci. Very good pizza.
20/08/2024: Everything was excellent from the starter to the pizza. Friendly and pleasant staff. We will return and recommend.
