Excellent food, a very unique location with attention to detail, good service, and friendly staff. An experience worthwhile for the atmosphere and the pleasure of home-cooked, elegant cuisine.

Always top and relaxing surrounded by nature

La Subida was an experience. Incredible food, knowledgeable and kind staff, gorgeous space, and such care for every detail. We chose a tasting menu and we were treated to a veritable feast for the eyes and palate, with little amuse-bouche in between courses and some truly exceptional wine. Absolutely recommended for special evenings.

If, like me, you're a lover of rustic and elegant places, this place will surely impress you with the attention to detail, creating a refined, elegant, yet warm and homey atmosphere, like a mountain cabin. The staff is very kind, competent, and friendly; they make you feel at ease! FOOD: 7-course menu €95, 5-course menu €80 Undoubtedly excellent quality, the dishes are prepared almost exclusively with local products. The flavors and combinations are good, but that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5; I used another 1-MICHELIN STAR restaurant I've been to as a comparison (slightly higher price), but I had the impression that I was on completely different levels in terms of the experience of flavors and combinations. Perhaps I arrived with far too high expectations, or perhaps you should expect a little more from a Michelin-starred restaurant. However, I conclude by saying that there is an edge over traditional restaurants here too, without a shadow of a doubt.

A five-star experience, both in the cabin in the woods and at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Magic, care, and out-of-this-world food. Don't miss out on this experience, which is truly essential for unplugging from everyday life.

Home-made, zero-mile cuisine brought to a very high level

This time, it wasn't quite as good. The food was very good, but that "wow" taste sensation was missing. It's strange that the whole table has to eat a set menu, with no choice at all. That's very unusual. The wine list is correspondingly huge, but the prices aren't exactly cheap anymore. It used to be better...

A charming place to relax, it also offers many opportunities for walks and more. The restaurant is top-notch, both in terms of service and cuisine. I highly recommend it.
