Charming restaurant but the service was brusque and unfriendly. The sommelier was excellent. The food was okay, but not at the level I was anticipating from what friends had told me.

Restaurant with refined typicality, welcoming and discreet, high-level cuisine excellently executed respecting the highest quality raw materials. Dining room service is friendly, professional, attentive and accurate in every detail, discreet and never intrusive. The wine list is excellent. It feels at home. I recommend it to everyone.

As soon as we arrived at the resort, we could see the connection to nature in this place and the attention to detail. The reception was very friendly and informative. The cultivation of wine and the affinity for hunting are unmistakable.
Our room is a wonderful retreat for us. The bed is on the 1st floor where there is also a large bathtub and a shower. The accommodation is in the forest and you can feel this energy here too. It is a perfect place for hiking.
Horses, sheep, goats, dogs and donkeys are kept here with love.
If you want to go horseback riding, this is the perfect opportunity.
We feel very comfortable here. :)

What can I say? Everything perfect.

Finalmente un ristorante stellato che guadagnatosi la stella, resta fedele a se stesso, accessibile, senza proporre menu incomprensibili a prezzi folli. Abbiamo scelto la proposta più improntato alla tradizione di cinque portate e ogni portata ci ha pienamente soddisfatti! Persino il sorbetto (all’aceto), servito durante le portate. eccezionale. Servizio cortese e accogliente, presentazione di ogni portata originale, ricercata seppur coerente alla tradizione e alla storia del luogo (nessun ridicolo eccesso). Un encomio speciale, oltre che allo Chef, al sommelier che trasmette una competenza e una sensibilità notevolissime! Riconoscimento Michelin meritatissimo!
