The bigoli were so good they would fly away. The roast beef was decent. The dessert was delicious.

I found myself having lunch at this osteria with friends since we were there for Napoli's training session in Dimaro. It was a pleasant discovery because the products and dishes were typical of the area, but some had a southern Italian influence, such as the very soft pizzas and focaccias with an excellent, light, and airy dough. Returning to the dishes, they were truly excellent, certainly authentic... the flavor, color, and aromas of the polenta, speck, and porcini mushrooms were unmistakably fresh. We also ordered a charcuterie and cheese platter, which was also very reasonably priced, and included several sliced meats, two types of cheese, and a small beef carpaccio, all truly flavorful (unfortunately, I only managed to make the video you see). The bill was more than fair; I'd say it's a bargain for the price. The outside ambiance isn't much to look at, but the inside is simply the opposite: wood interiors, exposed beams, and all the mountain-style furnishings—in short, very warm and welcoming. The service was very quick, attentive, and friendly. If I were to find myself in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Perplessi. Ingolositi dalle ottime recensioni abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante nella speranza di trovare la vera cucina della Val di Sole. Già alla lettura del menù abbiamo osservato che alcuni piatti tipici, in precedenza recensiti, non erano purtroppo presenti (forse per corretta stagionalità); abbiamo optato per un assaggio dei formaggi e salumi locali per antipasto e ci siamo divisi, sulla portata principale, differenziandoci comunque tra primi e secondi della tradizione. Forse la cosa che abbiamo maggiormente gradito sono stati proprio i formaggi, non banali e caratterizzati. Il resto non ci ha convinto per definizione: sapori abbastanza piatti ed anonimi. Musica un po' invadente nel nostro angolo. Il pane nella bustina era poco fragrante (diciamo così). Purtroppo, anche considerando la grande alacrità del personale, cordiale e sorridente, devo osservare che la cucina ha fatto uscire i secondi piatti ad oltre 10 minuti di distanza dalle tagliatelle: davvero troppi per chi è solito mangiare insieme. Prezzi corretti per la tipologia. Magari la prossima volta proviamo di venerdì.

Prenotato un tavolo per cena in famiglia, locale molto bello ci fanno sedere di fronte al forno delle pizze dove sembra uscire ottime pizze , noi optiamo x il ristorante ordiniamo 1 carne salata alla griglia con cavolo cappuccio, 1 stracotto di cervo con polenta e funghi porcini trifolati e un baby menù nuggets di pollo con patate fritte, un po' tutto saporito ma buono, patate fritte un po' troppo salate nota un po' dolente il servizio forse più adatto a una pizzeria che al ristorante.
