This was my first time trying this restaurant, out of curiosity, and honestly, I wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and authentically Italian, and the service was very pleasant and quick. I highly recommend going there for a meal or an aperitif. I'll definitely be back very soon! 😉✌️

My family and I had lunch at this restaurant, here too we found an excellent welcome, excellent and exceptional kindness and hospitality, we ate delicious fish and a delicious dessert, excellent prices, fresh ingredients, excellent cleanliness and super service, we really had a great time and we will definitely return

We asked where we could eat and they recommended La Spleuza. We tried it, and it immediately impressed. We returned for several days. Excellent meat. Excellent pizza. Everything was good. Top service.

03/02/2026: Dinner at the mountain hut was a wonderful experience. We arrived by snowmobile. However, I was expecting typical Trentino dishes.
18/01/2026: Dinner in the Chalet: The place is beautiful and very scenic, unfortunately the exasperated search for gourmet dishes makes the score plummet. The dish is well-made, clean and tidy, but unfortunately the raw materials taste of nothing and for the price you pay €90 per person excluding drinks (I understand that there is a cat to pay) I find it excessive. I personally would aim for typical rustic cuisine of the area with abundant dishes and at the usual price.

09/12/2025: A wonderful experience at LINFA! We stumbled upon the restaurant when exploring San Gimignano and were pleasantly surprised when they had a lunch time reservation. The food was incredible, staff were knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed our Michelin star experience! The execution is in the details; from the edgy decor to the fine plated delicious dishes. Highly recommend.
18/11/2025: The attention to detail in every aspect of this dining experience was extraordinary. The staff were attentive, well informed and generous. The food was incredible as was the decor. These restaurants have really earned their Michelin star. Thank you for a terrific highlight to our Tuscan adventure.
