We would normally have given 5 stars, but this time only 3. The pools were all closed, even when it was 25°C and sunny, which can happen if the property deems it appropriate (they are normally open from May 1 to October 1). One point less for this decision, which went against what we were told when booking, and for the disappointment of the children; another for the refusal to provide a sun lounger to an 85-year-old guest. The staff remains friendly and competent, but obviously bound by management's decisions. We hope the property will invest a little more in maintenance of the property and in attention to guests next season.

When vacationing in Tuscany, you have to think carefully about the right location to keep the distances somewhat under control. This was perfect for us; the complex is very well-maintained and beautifully designed. There are many vacation apartments and a few rooms, like a village in its own right.

A corner of paradise. We've been back here several times now, and each time is as wonderful as the first. Lots of greenery, silence, and the utmost kindness from the staff and the on-site restaurant, which also offers excellent food. So basically, everything about this relais is top-notch; it's definitely worth a try.

Yes, definitely. 2 pools, a tennis court, a children's pool, and beautiful outdoor areas.

The place is quiet and the grounds are very beautiful. There's little seating outside of the pool area. We had a very small room with barely any view.

A very beautiful place, surrounded by greenery with a well-kept garden and various accommodations spread throughout the park, with plenty of space for children's games, chairs and tables, and two swimming pools. Unfortunately, there are some downsides to the rooms above the restaurant. The rooms are very, very small with no practical storage space except for a small desk, which is already occupied by a TV, kettle, and tray with cups, making it impossible to use. There is no wardrobe, but there is an exposed coat rack. A single electrical outlet near the bed with a tiny table. However, the bathroom is quite large, and the cleanliness is impeccable, not only in the rooms but throughout the property, including the garden and pools. The breakfast was nothing special, but the variety and quality could be improved. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to use the pool and hot showers free of charge, even after check-out, a much-appreciated service. Overall, a beautiful relais.
