We stumbled upon it by chance, I must say that the food is worth it and the price is fine. The only complaint, but it's not necessarily negative, is the fact that the times are a bit long, I must say that it's worth the wait.

Cozy and well-kept place, very kind staff available to respond to customers' needs and questions. I tasted the ravioli with ragù and I really liked both the harmony of tastes and quality of the ingredients and the portion. The second course was the marinated cod, also very good and with a strong flavour.

Pranzo domenicale con tordelli al ragu' e brasato al chianti con purè( guancia di maiale) . Piatti abbondanti e deliziosi a prezzi complessivi. decisamente accettabili. Buona la carta dei vini, scelto un pinot nero biologico di livello. Tra i dolci da segnalare la torta di riso, prodotto locale. Ottimo il servizio e gentilissime le ragazze ai tavoli. Torneremo sicuramente in questo locale intimo e sincero. Bravi

Dopo venti giorni in giro per il mondo avevamo voglia di cucina locale e per non sbagliare abbiamo scelto i tordelli più buoni in zona. Bella la novità del tris di tartare,ho apprezzato molto. Rapporto qualità prezzo sempre eccellente,see you soon!

Choice for vegetarians always present, and always varied. Possibility of always having a vegetarian starter or second course, which is never a given. Also possible to have vegan options also made to order. Attentive, kind, smiling, professional yet approachable staff. A place that I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a feeling of home: I find it every time ❤️

01/09/2024: I had lunch twice at this restaurant. the second the panigacci, while the first we tasted the dishes from the kitchen. both times we ate really well, there is certainly quality in this place. pleasant environment and room service.
28/08/2024: Albergo Restaurant Pasquino in Aulla is an absolute gem! We had an amazing dining experience here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The traditional food was outstanding, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the homemade pasta to the delicious local meats, everything tasted authentically Tuscan. The wine was equally impressive, perfectly complementing our meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal wine to pair with our food, which made the experience even more special. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they serve. If you’re in Aulla and looking for a place to enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine with the perfect wine, Albergo Ristorante Pasquino is the place to go. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip! 14/08/2024: No reservation, but we got a table for 4. The food was delicious and tasty, the staff was super nice and accommodating. Keep it up 👍 always happy.
