We came with my family for lunch on Saturday.
The restaurant is very quaint, and the outdoor dining area upstairs is lovely, with a beautiful view of the hills.
For appetizers, we had mushroom crostini and fried mushrooms, all very good, although the fried mushrooms included not only porcini mushrooms but also pleurotus.
Then for main courses, the truffle cappelletti, pumpkin tortelli with truffle, and cappellacci with their sauce were delicious.
Everything was very good and tasty.
The only flaw was the bill, which was too high.

Quiet location, in the middle of the hills, spectacular fried mushrooms, excellent cured meats, delicious gnocchi with truffles, also excellent tagliatelle with game ragù, generous portions, friendly service, friendly staff, you feel welcome! Large adjacent parking lot, nice mascot hen 😊 we will definitely be back!!

What can I say...from the appetizer, to the first courses, to the second courses and the dessert, everything is amazing. If you want to eat excellent traditional dishes combined with mushrooms and truffles, come to Panca!

I've eaten a lot of good food in my life, and have occasionally even made some good food.
Tonight I had the best dish I have ever eaten. The Cappalletti stuffed with porcini and serve with truffle was astonishing. It has depth, flavour, and artistic intent. This dish made me feel things, a deep sense of awe at what humans can achieve. A sincere belief that life is worth it for experiences like this. This flowery language isn't usually me but this food deserves it.
Beyond this, the beans, the ragu, and the tortellini were also as good as anything I've ever had.
This was all on top of exceptional service, incredible location,and the experience of walking home down the hill surrounded by fireflies afterwards.

Andato per la serata tortelli con amici. Locale raccolto dalla bella atmosfera. Ottimi i tortelli sia come pasta che come ripieno che come cottura, porzioni abbondanti, servizio veloce. Abbiamo aggiunto due porzioni di funghi fritti in cinque, per golosità piu che per fame. Ottimi. Da riprovare con menu alla carta.
