Quiet location, in the middle of the hills, spectacular fried mushrooms, excellent cured meats, delicious gnocchi with truffles, also excellent tagliatelle with game ragù, generous portions, friendly service, friendly staff, you feel welcome! Large adjacent parking lot, nice mascot hen 😊 we will definitely be back!!

What can I say...from the appetizer, to the first courses, to the second courses and the dessert, everything is amazing. If you want to eat excellent traditional dishes combined with mushrooms and truffles, come to Panca! Excellent service. Well done, well done

I've eaten a lot of good food in my life, and have occasionally even made some good food. Tonight I had the best dish I have ever eaten. The Cappalletti stuffed with porcini and serve with truffle was astonishing. It has depth, flavour, and artistic intent. This dish made me feel things, a deep sense of awe at what humans can achieve. A sincere belief that life is worth it for experiences like this. This flowery language isn't usually me but this food deserves it. Beyond this, the beans, the ragu, and the tortellini were also as good as anything I've ever had. This was all on top of exceptional service, incredible location,and the experience of walking home down the hill surrounded by fireflies afterwards. 11/10.

Absolutely fantastic food, from the fresh homemade bread to the cherry tiramisu - the best dinner we had in Emilia Romagna.

Fabulous discovery just a stone's throw from home!! We had dinner on Friday night, I had heard good things about it and I was curious to try it.... Too bad I didn't do it before!! Very welcoming location (and I can't wait to try the terrace), already at the entrance you realize the wonders you can taste... Mushrooms galore, truffles, courgette flowers.. The menu from appetizer to dessert is spectacular! We had 4 appetizers: mushroom crostini, cheese platter with honey, fried mushrooms and mushroom crostone (we like mushrooms😂). 4 second courses: pumpkin tortelli with black truffle, gnocchi cacio pepe and black traftufo, tagliatelle with blackthorn and cappelletti reggiani (superlative). Bottle of lagrein, and 3 desserts... The service is the highlight, very very good!! Very fair price (I expected more). We have already booked two more dates. I can't wait to go back!!!

Had lunch on Saturday 25 April, 2 people, I recommend calling to book, I had asked to eat outside as the place inside is small and has no view. I chose a table overlooking the hill, splendid day. As a starter I recommend: fried mushrooms and crostini with mushrooms, as a first course we chose tagliatelle with mixed mushrooms and cappelletti with porcini mushrooms and truffle, very good and finally a second course stewed fallow deer with blueberries. Friendly staff and reasonable price. I will be back!!

Noi siamo andati sempre a pranzo. Oggi abbiamo preso 3 antipasti diversi, 3 primi diversi, 3 dolci diversi I miei tortelli di zucca con scaglie di tartufo erano la fine del mondo 😋

Andato per la serata tortelli con amici. Locale raccolto dalla bella atmosfera. Ottimi i tortelli sia come pasta che come ripieno che come cottura, porzioni abbondanti, servizio veloce. Abbiamo aggiunto due porzioni di funghi fritti in cinque, per golosità piu che per fame. Ottimi. Da riprovare con menu alla carta. Consigliato
