An unexpectedly pleasant place, very popular with tourists, so I was skeptical. However, as soon as I entered, I was hit by the typical aroma of Brescian cuisine and quickly changed my mind. From an ambience perspective, the premises are equipped like an osteria, both in terms of layout and stylistic choices, which aren't always spot-on. The food gets top marks, with flavorful local dishes and high-quality ingredients. The desserts are delicious and delicious, and the quality is artisanal. The wine list is extensive and interesting, with a good selection of grappas, although the blend could be improved. The same goes for the service, which, given the very high number of customers and the relatively young age, certainly overextended, but with some small shortcomings. The final price is in line with expectations. I will definitely return to confirm this opinion.

Special mention for the owner: he was very attentive to our child, preparing the food we had brought for him in a flash and, which is not at all obvious, he offered him several little books... Bravo Bravo!

Antica Osteria La Grotta is a beautiful dining experience all around. The dining room is lovely, the service and pacing are perfect, and the food is wonderful, a grand mix of well-prepared Brescian classics, as well as various specials each day. Angelo & Anna, and all the others, make dining in Brescia a truly memorable experience.

Beautiful location, delicious food, and extremely friendly staff. The only downside I found... the prices on the receipt for some dishes were higher than those listed on the menu. They could even update it!!!! Although we'll be back.

Amazing food and friendly service. We had pasta with ragù bianco di anantra and casoncelli. Both were amazing. We also had antipasti and secondi and all the food was really good. Definitely worth going there.
