05/11/2024: Position The hotel, the pool area and especially the location are a dream. The staff was super friendly and we lacked almost nothing. On the beach promenade you can ideally walk for kilometers directly on the lake in both directions - the local communities have implemented this really well Room We had the Junior Suite Italian Prestige, beautiful view directly of the lake, enough space. The bathroom needed a few practical improvements, such as more hanging options for small towels and the partition of the bathtub was a bit impractical and not completely tight. On the other hand, I find the bidet to be extremely practical. Unfortunately, we have to say that the bed is not suitable for couples. There were 2 mattresses that slipped apart in the middle after a very short time. After we complained, a fitted sheet was pulled over it, but this didn't help in any way. You can come up with other ideas ;-) SPA What surprised and also bothered us is that you have to reserve a visit to the SPA and there is a time limit. For me, the hotel therefore loses its wellness character. The cold pool in the sauna was warm, which we are not used to. Outdoor pool Whereas the outside area of ​​the pool area is again a dream. The only thing that was too cool for me was the heated salt water pool in autumn at just under 27°. Garden area We traveled with a dog. The hotel offers almost everything you could wish for. Ideally, the dog is also allowed to go to the beach, to the loungers, it's a dream, so you can relax. Breakfast The breakfast was more than sufficient. Everything was there and every wish was fulfilled. Hmm only, we had to sit with our dog on the outside terrace, which is a bit cool in autumn. I sat there with a light jacket and blanket and I was still cold. Unfortunately that wasn't so good. restaurant We wanted to visit the restaurant once in the evening, but we hadn't made a reservation beforehand. Means - no access without reservation. We then went to one of the surrounding restaurants every evening. Unfortunately we couldn't test the kitchen. Overall, we can highly recommend the hotel. Individual little things can certainly be improved and it would be great if you knew that the SPA area is only accessible to a limited extent.
