More appearance than reality Very nice atmosphere, but the food is mediocre at best. The Pappa al Pomodoro was cold in the middle and the Tagliatelle al Ragù tasted bland. The potato wedges couldn't have been drier and the water came in a plastic bottle (not the end of the world, but just not nice). The waitress was relatively friendly, but could barely open her mouth. Overall, unfortunately, quite disappointing

Excellent experience, we had an appetizer to share and two first courses, plus water and we spent around €20 each. Courgette appetizer with pecorino cheese really good!

Beautiful location, immersed in the nature of Tuscany!!! The girls at the service were really good and very kind!! Very, very good food!! We'll be back tomorrow!! I highly recommend it!!! Compliments to the kitchen and to all the staff!!!

Siamo tornati in questa osteria in questo primo fine settimana di bel tempo Abbiamo trovato immutati la calorosa accoglienza ,la sincerità,di una cucina genuina di ottima fattura Abbiamo bevuto un ottimo vino e un desserdavvero speciale Che dire pienamente appagati ,torneremo ancora

28/04/2024: I recently visited this lovely restaurant with my family and friends and we were delighted by the dining experience and the welcoming atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and well presented, reflecting attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our day even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly environment and great cuisine to spend time with loved ones.

27/08/2024: Excellent, perhaps the last bastion of local cuisine. Very fresh and well prepared fish. A little cramped environment. High prices.
26/08/2024: My partner and I stayed in this excellent place last Saturday and in summary: location with a top view, absolutely worth seeing; my partner had some very good gnocchi with scampi and I ate spaghetti with clams and bottarga with sea urchins which were praiseworthy; very varied wine list; prices are commensurate with quality/quantity. Having said that, it was the second time I returned after 3 years and when I return to Giglio, I will definitely book my third time at the Ristorante da Maria <3. Go there!!!!
