A great spot just outside Bologna's city center. It's best to book ahead as it fills up quickly, even on a Sunday evening! They have a good selection of beers and dishes to share or enjoy on their own. The interior is quite noisy.
Excellent osteria just a few steps from the center. They serve typical Bolognese dishes, including the lasagna, which is very good, as are the other first courses. I recommend trying the cutlet, which looks excellent.
The desserts are tasty, though the dessert portions are a little small.
The staff is kind and friendly.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give it more. The food deserves a 10. The best pasta I've ever had. My daughter, who is a picky eater, ate the entire meal in 5 minutes.

I didn't know the restaurant, it surprised me with the decor, our homemade sandwich was very good along with the potatoes, excellent service

Let's say it's good, but not exceptional. The ragù was good, but it was a bit small for the amount of pasta, and the meatballs weren't exciting.

A beautiful pub just steps from the city center. I stumbled upon this place by chance during a four-day stay in Bologna. Excellent home-made dishes and excellent beers. Every evening I spent there enjoying their excellent beers, I felt welcomed. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. When I return to Bologna, I can't help but return, not just for the beers and food, but for the warm welcome I received from the staff.

La Frasca is a little gem hidden on Via Andrea Costa, a custodian of tradition and quality that distinguishes the restaurant's high level.
Highly recommended!

A casual yet welcoming place, I imagine it's always crowded, so reservations are recommended.
The menu is varied, although I personally would have appreciated a few more vegetarian options! Parking nearby wasn't easy, so I recommend making other arrangements if possible.
We started with grilled vegetables and friggione with crescenta Bolognese: we'd never tried this typical "sauce," and despite the onion being the main ingredient, it was light and super digestible! For the main course, I chose the vegan meatloaf (more like a mini burger) with marinated zucchini and carrot cream, accompanied by a glass of pignoletto cheese: everything was truly delicious.
For dessert, the chocolate salami with mascarpone - delicious, and I also recommend checking out the list of liqueurs and spirits: I discovered the Nizurin hazelnut liqueur and fell in love!
The service was quick at first, but we waited over 30 minutes for dessert, but overall it was a really pleasant experience.

A place with plenty of seating and plenty of parking nearby (if you're lucky enough to find a spot). The food was good (we loved the bruschetta with lard and the appetizer with a traditional sauce). The service was fairly quick, though after initially being pressured to order, we then waited several minutes for dessert. The staff, however, were nice and friendly.

Try the tagliatelle with ragù and the tenerina with mascarpone. Try everything.
