At 10 pm, we passed by and saw that it was open. I tried to ask if we could eat something, even a pre-made dish. The owner Sergio was super kind and helpful and told us that we could choose anything!! We ordered the forest menu with mushrooms, which were incredibly delicious!! The price was really fair compared to what you can find in the Langhe area. Go there!!

An elegant osteria with dishes where balance reigns supreme. So, not strong flavors, but balanced and tasty. A prime example is the rabbit tuna, which plays with sweetness and tartness. The service is impeccable.

Excellent food, generous portions, and a very friendly staff. This sums up a wonderful evening spent at La Fermata after a trip to Alba. Although we'd never visited these areas before, we were delighted by the excellent local cuisine! I personally recommend the tartare with black truffle, which for me was the best dish of the evening. It's a classic case of five stars not being enough.

Cucina tipica piemontese. Locale particolare ma accogliente. Personale gentile, di poche parole, veloce. Mangiato bene, le polpette al cinghiale DIVINE!!! Unica pecca la torta di nocciole,da evitare, il resto MOLTO buono

13/10/2025: The best experience in our slow food trip through Piedmont. Food was delicious, service was pleasant and attentive, ambiance was pleasant but quiet on a Sunday evening.
27/09/2025: They made us Bagna Cauda, ​​which was off the menu and was incredibly good. We also tried the octopus, which was incredible. Everything was delicious!

05/10/2025: Good evening, yesterday for lunch I looked for a restaurant near the "La Residenza" nursing home in Rodello (CN); I was immediately greeted with warmth and friendliness. I chose the very substantial set menu: three appetizers, two first courses, one second course with two side dishes, and a trio of desserts, all accompanied by an excellent Dolcetto, obviously local, coffee, and limoncello to round out the "deal." Everything was excellent and just the right amount of it; the owner is an extremely friendly person, assisted by his very young daughter, who is certainly well aware of her role. My compliments to the two restaurant staff, a friendly, joking, and technically skilled man, and a wonderful young woman, also smiling and kind. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, and I will definitely be back. I'll end with a tip: it's best to make a reservation, even though in my case it wasn't necessary... luckily!!! 😏
