Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is very informal; if you come on a busy day, you'll need to be very patient, but you'll leave satisfied. The mushrooms are very good.

Returning from a trip to the Santerno Valley on August 15th, we stopped at Coniale for dinner at this typical osteria on the Imola highway connecting Tuscany and Romagna, just a short distance from the border. The atmosphere is rustic, mountain-style.
The cuisine is predominantly Tuscan, with a nod to Romagna. The fresh pasta dishes, grilled meats, and hot porchetta are excellent. The fried polenta served with truffled casatella cheese and skin-on fried potatoes are fantastic. The homemade blackberry tart is delicious. Ultimately, we were satisfied with both the food and the fairly reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Went there for the second time in three years: as a tourist from the Netherlands. The food was excellent. Nice atmosphere with outdoor seating, but also a cozy interior. Incredibly local, small-scale, and welcoming. We had a great time again!

Rustic osteria, traditional decor, good food. The only downside is that we waited a long time, and the owner apologized by increasing the portions. Highly recommended. The ficattole are also excellent, crispy and dry, and the cured meats are delicious.

Amazing place!
Of course, you have to like the slightly spartan atmosphere of a country tavern, but the food is amazing. I ate the best tagliatelle ai porcini of my life!
