A restaurant where you can eat local country fare. You can eat unusual dishes that you can't get at regular restaurants. The porcini mushroom fritto was exquisite. The mysterious little fried bread was also very delicious. I had ravioli with nettle sauce. All dishes were delicious.
The atmosphere of the shop was like an old house in this village, with a fireplace and a nice atmosphere.

Great place! the second time even better than the first. You can fill yourself up with ficattole (a variety of small fried gnocco) combining them however you want (cured meats, truffled casatella, vegetables) but don't miss the porcini mushrooms or fried artichokes. Have fun with tagliatelle and cuts, they know how to cook anything. It's a tavern, don't expect the impossible. They are practically open at all hours, and the hills, the Santerno river in its upper course, are worth the trip.

Optimal! I had already had an aperitif here about a year ago and found it very good. Randomly passing by for lunch with a friend we decided to stop.
Excellent mixed crostini, delicious fried porcini mushrooms and excellent quality Fiorentina. The environment is, yes, "simple", but this is the beauty of it in my opinion!! I was also happy with the service! I'll be back

Stopped for lunch after a trek in the area, I was immediately struck by the rustic and familiar interiors of this place. The guys at the tables immediately put you at ease. Ate really tasty mixed crostini and fantastic maroni tortelli. To finish the typical chestnut cake. Honest prices. We'll be back to try other dishes!

In the middle of nowhere.....but really worth going there. Everything is excellent! Once you've finished eating you can always go for a walk or stop by Castel del Rio for a visit
