I had lunch at this osteria by chance while passing by, and after reading the reviews, I went in with very high expectations. I was craving tig... crescentine, and even though they weren't on the daily menu, I was satisfied. I immediately recognized and appreciated the friendly service and the simple, tasteful decor. The... crescentine weren't my favorite, but they were still very good. The cold cuts platter was generous and plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The place must look new; there was only one young man serving tables, which is why the waits are a bit long. The quality isn't the highest; the tortelloni are better than the tortellini in broth. The passing grade should be taken as a motivation to improve. The prices are higher than average for other places in the area.

We stumbled upon this restaurant somewhat by chance, but it was a great discovery. The first courses, gnocco, and tigelle were truly excellent, as were the desserts. The prices were fair, and the service was very friendly. Highly recommended!

25/12/2025: A family Christmas lunch that once again confirmed a very welcoming place, and willing to seat us on the ground floor due to the difficulty of some members of the family with stairs. Ten people were all satisfied with the welcome from the kitchen staff and the price. I recommend it again. Merry Christmas to you all.

19/11/2025: I always stop here for lunch when I cycle the Ponale.
02/11/2025: We stopped in the morning for a coffee while walking around the lake. Intrigued by the kindness and beautiful place, we decided to return for lunch. And what can I say? What a great idea! We ordered the pork roll and the macaroni with char and trout, plus a strudel for a sweet finish. Everything was very good, and the portions were generous, which is never a bad thing. I must say that, judging by the look, I would have been very inspired to try the pizza as well. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. The prices are fair. Perhaps my only piece of advice would be to focus less on the touristy side of things and more on the traditional restaurant. Otherwise, I recommend it.
