really great, charming welcome by a young man speaking French, but the whole team is adorable. The cuisine is of very good quality, discreet and very friendly chef, excellent value for money. unavoidable!

Having dinner at Osteria La Chitarra yesterday was a truly extraordinary experience. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warmth and friendliness that made us feel at home. Anna Maria, with her passion and dedication, manages to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Our meal began with an exceptional selection of starters and very fresh Mozzarella and Tomatoes, followed by high-quality cured meats and a rich and tasty Ragu. Each dish was a celebration of carefully selected ingredients prepared to perfection. The Penne al Ragu were simply divine, with perfect cooking and a sauce that contained all the tradition and goodness of Italian cuisine. The dessert exceeded all expectations. The Tiramisu was delicate and perfectly balanced, while the Limoncello Cake was a true explosion of flavour, ending our dinner on a sublime note. Osteria La Chitarra is not just a restaurant, but an emotional journey through the authentic flavors of Italy. The quality of the service and the specialties, together with the extraordinary friendliness of Anna Maria, make this place an unmissable jewel for anyone who loves traditional Italian cuisine. We can't wait to return and relive this wonderful experience.

Based on the excellent Google reviews decided to try the osteria la chitarra. We were not disappointed ... Excellent meal, very friendly service, reasonable prices and would highly recommend. We felt like welcomed guests at a friend's home - one of the best meals we've had whilst on holiday in Italy!

our best meal in naples !!! i had the bean soup, as a vegetarian i would rate it extremely highly - very unique option compared to other places we have visited in italy. the staff are so lovely and the food was just top notch with a very authentic italian taste. extremely affordable too, if your coming to naples you cannot miss this spot !!!

Pas facile à dénicher ce petit restaurant, bien caché tout au fond d’une cour. Mais ça vaut la peine ! Avec des plats qu’on ne trouve pas partout ailleurs, notamment le succulent risotto napolitain. Les desserts sont assez recherchés également. Et le service est aux petits soins. À ne pas manquer à Naples. Attention, c’est tout petit donc probablement souvent complet.

Piccola trattoria un po' fuori dai classici giri del turismo...ma se non prenotate non mangiare! Personale gentilissimo ed attento. Ho mangiato risotto Napoli, salsiccia velata e zuppa di fagioli. Vino della casa onorevole per i soli 8 euro. Ci ritornero
