Osteria La Capannina In Longiano

Dinner with colleagues, we were greeted with the spontaneous warmth of Romagna and guided through our choice of Florentine steaks. We ended up with two perfectly cooked Florentine steaks, 1.6 kg each, for six people, various side dishes, unlimited quality wine, dessert, and various liqueurs, all for around €40. TOP.

The restaurant is in a magnificent location. From the restaurant, you can gaze out over the sea after crossing the coastal strip, and in the evening, the lights create a wonderful Christmas decoration. The manager and staff are very kind and welcoming. The menu is extensive, as is the wine list. I'll be revisiting soon and I also recommend it because it's like putting the cherry on top after visiting Longiano.

I've dined at this restaurant twice. The first time, everything was delicious: the fried gnocchi, the mixed crostini platter, the mutton skewers, and the incredibly fresh tagliata with salt and rosemary. The second time, we went during the week, and we didn't like the tagliata at all, even from the smell... In fact, it was more cooked than we'd asked for. We'll give it one last try, hoping this review will help maintain the high quality of the product.

A place with a panoramic view... Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious ricotta and spinach ravioli. Recommended.

I went there for lunch with my friend Oscar, a great two-stroke racing engine designer. It's in the hills surrounding Longiano, with an incredible view of the sea. You can practically see the entire Romagna coast. The osteria is traditional; perhaps the decor could use a refresh, or maybe not; it's beautiful as it is because it smells of history. The menu is typical Romagna; we tried the cockerel alla diavola and the rabbit with tomato sauce, accompanied by battered fried vegetables and fresh grilled porcini mushrooms. For dessert, the mascarpone was followed by two coffees. Everything was delicious!!! The menu is full of traditional appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, and it makes you want to come back. We spent €60, and it's a place I'll definitely return to.

A Romagna-style trattoria specializing in meat and local dishes. I was there in October, and they had fresh porcini mushrooms and white truffle off the menu. After a selection of mixed bruschetta and porcini bruschetta, we couldn't help but try the fried gnocco with culatello. Porcini mushroom bruschetta 10/10 Mixed bruschetta 7/10 Fried broccoli 7/10 (perhaps too greasy compared to other trattorias in the area) Then we ordered tagliata with various condiments and a plain fillet. The fillet was divine, 10/10 The cut with porcini mushrooms was very good, the seasoning was excellent. I expected a little more given the price, 7/10, but the porcini mushrooms were exceptional. The cut with rosemary, arugula, and parmesan cheese was average. It's nice that they bring you a hot lava stone to cook or reheat the meat as you like. Assorted side dishes: - grilled vegetables - cooked vegetables - baked potatoes The house wine was good! We also appreciated the sweets they brought us, the homemade bitters... Overall, we spent a fair amount. Recommended!

Excellent quality food, friendly and helpful staff. A refined atmosphere with a breathtaking view. Excellent value for money.
