Osteria La Cantinella In Barolo

Nice tavern, the staff is very friendly and the food is really excellent!

Slow service, high prices for the Piedmont region. Very small dishes by Italian standards. While tasty, the portion size left something to be desired.

We were recommended this restaurant by our guide Gabriele. We ordered two starters and a glass of white wine and a glass of rosé wine. We explained that we would share the food and also the wine. When we are served, the food is already divided on two plates and the wine (one glass) is divided into two glasses. Very unusual and something that we are not used to. The food we ate was well prepared with care and nicely presented. We were very satisfied with the food and wine that the restaurant combined. The staff do their best, are nice with a good reception and a smile on their faces. We sat on the outdoor terrace even though it was a very hot day. But it was a good idea, there is a roof over the outdoor terrace with ceiling fans. We really recommend a visit to the restaurant.

Long long vait for a table The food is very elegant and nice. Only one single type of vine on glass, many bottle types.

Gita in Langa Giro tra le vigne Passeggiata a Barolo Amici Sole Pranzo alla Cantinella, un locale davvero molto carino, molto curato, gestito con grande attenzione. L’accoglienza è molto cortese, il personale attento e molto professionale. La carta è interessante. Fedele al territorio con qualche rivisitazione non eccessiva e qualche piatto insolito capace di soddisfare il gusto di chi vuole allontanarsi un po’ dalla cucina tradizionale piemontese. Tutto veramente molto buono. In breve, una soluzione ideale per trascorrere una bellissima giornata. Naturalmente super consigliato 👏👏👏

È stata una gradevole esperienza sedersi al tavolo di questo locale dove siamo stati coccolati più che serviti. Osteria di livello superiore. Inutile descrivere quanto sono state gradite le portate perché particolari per sapore e presentazione, un buon Nebbiolo ha accompagnato il tutto. Avevamo anche il cane che oltre alla ciotola di acqua fresca ha ricevuto anche lui alcune fettine di vitello ,attenzione che non abbiamo mai avuto in altri locali. Complimenti davvero. Grazie
