Wonderful food. Great experience.

Some dishes are excellent, others, unfortunately, less so. The terrace with a small sea view is splendid. The service was excellent; the staff were punctual and very kind, and the owner was even more so. He's very friendly and always smiling, making guests feel at ease.

The mixed antipasto was very generous and beautifully presented, and the service was very friendly. Honestly, I found the ingredients to be average to good, no better. The menu is interesting and the dishes are well-prepared. I wouldn't call it a 5-star restaurant, but the food is good nonetheless.

A truly wonderful experience. The place is beautiful both inside and out. Everything was delicious. We had the seafood appetizer for two (very generous) and then—for my husband—the spaghetti allo scoglio. Everything was perfect!!!!

Excellent food... I was also pleasantly surprised by the fast, punctual service. The entire staff was friendly! Definitely worth a stop.

We arrived quite late to Tellaro on our first night and called ahead to ask if we could still order food if we arrived as late as 21:45. When we arrived the staff was prepared for us and we were allowed to finish our meal without being rushed, although we definitely stayed longer than we ought have (past closing time 22:30). We had the crayfish ravioli and trofie with pesto, both fantastic! For starters we had bruschetta and chickpea fritters, both were fine but neither my favorite. The bruschetta came on more of a crostini than toasted bread, which is just not my favorite version. Very flavorful with oregano and capers and olives (I think). The portion size for the chickpea fritters was way too big for us (two people), but I guess that depends on how hungry you are :)

Welcoming restaurant, very friendly staff, and excellent food. I'm celiac and appreciated the helpfulness, preparation, and attention paid. Highly recommended!
