06/12/2025: Being a pizza chef is certainly an art, but Andrea Bava's is something more: research, experimentation, reinterpretation, and the exaltation of flavor through the use of the finest ingredients, starting with the flours. In short, in his own words, a celebration of pizza in all its forms. Andrea offers four doughs (Modern Neapolitan Pizza, Roman Pizza, Pan-fried Pizza, and Double-Cooked Pizza) to convey a personal, ever-evolving vision.
The menu changes with the seasons, guided by a careful search for raw materials sourced from top-quality supply chains and local producers. Some pizzas are served at a lower temperature to best showcase the quality of the ingredients.
The tasting menu is available Monday through Friday and offers two options.

30/11/2025: The place is very welcoming and well-kept, with friendly, smiling staff. The food is very good and unique. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.
