After a few steps, leaving the port behind, you arrive at "La Bettolaccia", an elegant, aesthetically minimalist and modern restaurant by Francesco (Ciccio) Fileccia. A corner with a relaxing atmosphere that revisits and offers a rich menu of typically Trapani dishes. Everything is prepared according to tradition, with raw materials entrusted to the short supply chain of local products, from appetizers to first courses, from fish second courses to desserts. The choice of our dinner saw us preferring, from the precious menu, spaghetti with squid ink, followed by grilled and also fried calamari. The sip of Bianco di Nera, white Chardonnay and Inzolia, lively, young, fresh and fruity, surprised us... the palate could not experience a better emotion! Quando ritorno nel trapanese la mia sosta è sempre in questo ristorante ma con nuovi amici (così ho la scusa) e sono sicura di far sempre bella figura. Nulla è cambiato (diciamo che le porzioni sono un po’ diminuite ma si esce dal ristorante satolli) Personale sempre attento e gentile, locale elegante, cibo squisitamente ben preparato, curato nei dettagli e con ingredienti freschissimi e ricercati.
