A historic restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. Excellent service, from wine selection assistance to specialty cutlery for many dishes, and attentiveness to all our needs.
The dishes, all of excellent quality, are both traditional and modern, always using local ingredients and elegantly presented.

It's been a while since I've left a review, but in this case they deserve it.
I've been there time and time again, which is also something I never do.
The food was all excellent.
The staff was impeccable.
Finally, another thing I never do is mention a dessert, but I can't help but mention the Braulio sorbet.

Excellent mid-August lunch, super fresh ingredients, super friendly staff. Highly recommended: the pork belly, strudel, and pappardelle with Venere rice. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Buon ristorante, in bella posizione nella piazza storica di Bormio. Si mangia benino, ma non quanto farebbero presupporre alcune entusiastiche recensioni. Menu allettante e fantasioso pur nella tradizione, ma le promesse non vengono del tutto rispettate. Il risultato di alcuni piatti è piuttosto banale. Leggendo ci si sarebbe aspettati molto di più, anche perché i prezzi non sono economici....

Locale tanto piccolo quanto curato.
Personale davvero gradevole, gentile e professionale.
Cibo veramente sopra le righe!
Ogni piatto è azzeccato, studiato, presentato bene e cucinato alla perfezione.
Nulla da dire sul prezzo se non che e’perfettamente adeguato!
L’unica nota negativa è di aver scoperto questo ristorante solo ora.
