We had a wonderful dinner at this place. The menu is one of those where you want to try everything, and what we are was delicious. Staff is nice and helpful. An excellent address in Bormio

Very friendly and pleasant staff received us and were with us throughout the dinner. Started with some local charcuterie and cheese which was deliciously presented. Was a good taste trip. Then we took in the saffron risotto with veal brisket and figs, which was very good with nice flavors. A place to return to.

After a heavy ride we were tired, and hungry so they kindly let us in just before opening. The food was gorgeous and very well presented. The "cold cuts" were great and caused some friendly debate about what was being shared 🤣. I then had the Risotto with sweatbreads which was lovely. Service was friendly and accommodating. It wasn't the liveliest place I've eaten but we were very early.

Osteria la Bajona is located in the city center of Bormio. we had a wonderful night from every point of view, the food is delicious, staff is really nice and friendly, and also the atmosphere applies perfectly to the location. this osteria is highly recommended, especially the sciatt and the maialino cooked at low temperature.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ottimo ristorante proprio la sera della riapertura. Personale preparato e molto gentile, menù non ricchissimo ma con una buona variabilità di scelta. Piatti ben fatti e ben preparati. Ottime le seppie ripiene e gli spaghetti dello chef.

27/08/2024: After climbing over 600 meters in altitude, we received a very hospitable welcome and were served delicious ravioli, home-made cakes and apple juice, all tasty😉
27/07/2024: Beautiful place, the people are genuine and natural..... Little technology is enough.... Fairytale place to visit also the bottom of the valley to see and admire the beauty of the pine forest of the rural paths still built as they once were... Go and fill up on marveling at places to carry in your heart ❣️

21/08/2024: It seems absurd to me to give 5 stars to a diner but the quality of the food is definitely better than some restaurants and the price is very low. Obviously this is to the detriment of self-service as a canteen.
