The photos speak for themselves, the preparation and the dishes are not bad, the staff is excellent and also explains the process for a good cheese tasting.

5 stars for the staff and service, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Very nice restaurant.
The food was all excellent, except for the pizzoccheri, which I was a bit disappointed with; they were a bit bland. It's nice that they serve some homemade cookies with the coffee.

Excellent restaurant overall.
Impeccable service. Very kind, friendly, and professional. Beautiful, simple, and traditional place.
We had a good appetizer of bresaola, slinzega, and ricotta. The ricotta in particular seemed slightly spicy. For our first course, we had a risotto with radicchio, Fuji apple, duck speck, walnuts, and local cheese, which was amazing. A perfect balance of all the flavors (absolutely not easy given the number of ingredients), just the right amount of salt, and cooked perfectly al dente. All served in a beautiful saucepan.
The Baba dessert, filled with mango cream, topped with cardamom cream, and topped with a very elegant biscuit, also pleasantly surprised me, even though I'm a fan of classic Baba.
The coffee was also good. The only thing that was quite good, but not as incredible as everything else, was the wine (a Nebbiolo whose name I don't remember).

I was shocked by this little osteria. The staff is magnificent and professional, friendly and polite.
The food is enchanting, carefully prepared, and of high quality.
I would go back every day.

Impeccable service, with kind and attentive staff.
The appetizers were very good, especially the bresaola, which was truly flavorful.
The first courses were also excellent: the risotto, served in a small saucepan, was carefully prepared and delicious.
The pizzoccheri and tagliatelle were slightly overcooked but still good.
The attention to detail was much appreciated: along with the pizzoccheri, they also served pesteda, a gesture that demonstrates care and attention to tradition.
The desserts were excellent, and the presentation of the dishes was meticulous.

My husband and I had dinner here on a Monday in late October, so we had no problems with the reservation, even though it was last minute. The service was excellent: smiling and friendly. The food: DELICIOUS! We had two appetizers, two first courses, a dessert, water, and a half-liter of wine.
Highly recommended.

Today is a special day for us and so we try to make everything special... like having lunch in this place! The kind and attentive staff made us feel at home! We had an appetizer of bresaola and sciatt... sublime... and the amazing pizzicherri! Warm and comfortable atmosphere... I have to say that as a start it's not bad! Buon ristorante, in bella posizione nella piazza storica di Bormio. Si mangia benino, ma non quanto farebbero presupporre alcune entusiastiche recensioni. Menu allettante e fantasioso pur nella tradizione, ma le promesse non vengono del tutto rispettate. Il risultato di alcuni piatti è piuttosto banale. Leggendo ci si sarebbe aspettati molto di più, anche perché i prezzi non sono economici....
