Excellent pizzoccheri well served, strudel with excellent side dishes well plated. Hospitable place and kind staff in the center of Bormio. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

Extraordinary combinations, apparently traditional but revisited with the highest skill: tasty and genuine local raw materials make the dishes true masterpieces, both to the eye and to the palate. Bombardino TOP, my best ever. We will be back, thanks!

We returned to La Bajona to eat and, as always, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who pampered us, delighting us with exceptional starters, first courses, second courses and excellent wine. Thank you very much to all of you who make our holiday more special.

Posto bellissimo e ambiente curatissimo.. eravamo in tre con i nostri cagnolini e abbiamo preso tre pizzocheri e il piatto ha ben ripagato l'attesa di 20 min per mangiare! La cameriera che ci ha serviti era professionale e gentile! Poi abbiamo preso tartare con uovo e tartufo ottima e due dolci buonissimi strudel di mele con crema inglese e la ball al cocco mai mangiato nulla di più buono e molto scenografico veder la ball sciogliersi con la colata calda di lamponi! Torneremo sicuramente! Valentina e famiglia

26/11/2024: A beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery, fixed menu consisting of sciatt and cold cuts, pizzoccheri, second course of meat, desserts and moka coffee. All very good and at really competitive prices, around 25 euros per person. We will definitely be back!
