Osteria Ime is a restaurant where the chef showcases the highest-quality ingredients that can only be found at a certain time of year. In fact, during this autumn season, there are three menus: Vegetarian Autumn, Fish Autumn, and Meat Autumn with pumpkin, truffle, chestnuts, peppers, etc.
I tried both the vegetarian and fish menus, both truly excellent. My three favorite dishes were Tolentino (red tuna and pumpkin akami), Catania (vanilla pepper cream soup), and Calabria (tobacco meringue, beetroot, and licorice ice cream). The restaurant is very intimate, with just a few tables and attentive service that flows seamlessly without any waiting time between courses. The chat with the chef at the end of the dinner was much appreciated; she was extremely open to discussing ideas with all the guests.
The price was very reasonable for the experience, considering that many dishes could easily be served and appreciated
even in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

A restaurant in the center of Tolentino. An experience you absolutely must try if you're in Tolentino. You can choose from several tasting menus, all extremely interesting. Quality and innovation are certainly two of the hallmarks of this restaurant. The service is excellent, as is the hospitality. It's also worth noting that, given the quality, the price is absolutely fair. Highly recommended!

In the center of Tolentino, a stone's throw from the Basilica of San Nicola, lies a small, intimate treasure trove. Once past the heavy orange curtain, a sort of theatrical curtain, you become spectators of one of the most captivating and memorable contemporary plays of all time. The set design and visuals are meticulously crafted (the latter was handled by my brother Demetrio), the extras move with elegance and skill, and the lead actress (Entiana) and the theater director showcase the best of themselves and their accumulated experience from various previous performances. Book your seat as soon as possible; there are few shows like this around, especially in the province.

We had a meat menu and a fish menu, everything was excellent, impeccable service, it's not the first time I've been there, they change the menu about 2/3 times a season, the ravioli are out of this world, the menu is €60 for the 4 courses, bread and breadsticks made by them served with Normandy butter are extremely good (the photos are from three different occasions, one in summer, one in winter and one in spring)
