Osteria Il Triciclo In Valdisotto

Last Sunday, 16 February 2025, I chose L' osteria il triciclo, located in Oga, a small village overlooking the Bormio valley, for a family lunch and I was very satisfied like all those with whom I shared that beautiful moment. Everything was delicious from the moment we entered the restaurant: atmosphere, furnishings, courses, wine, the manners and competence of the staff. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely Friday dinner for 4 people, the food was excellent and the wines were amazing. The food was elevated local, wines from the region. We paid roughly 350 for all with aperitivo, couple of bottles of wine and food. It got pretty busy, so might be worth booking ahead.

Excellent surprise 5 minutes from Bormio. Intimate restaurant with attention to the smallest details. Seasonal menu dedicated to km0 products. Let us advise you on wines!!

Siamo stati già più volte in questo ristorante e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo!! Ambiente molto curato e tavola decisamente ben preparata. I commensali sono coccolati sin dall’inizio con un entrè davvero gradevole (che ogni volta cambia) e tutti i piatti ordinati sono sempre buonissimi! Consigliatissimo!!:)

Ristorante piccolo ma molto carino con cucina ottima. Materie prime eccellenti e carta vini interessante. Personale professionale e gentile.

A very welcoming place with typical, local and high quality products. Presentation of the dishes excellent as well as the tastes found in the kitchen. The icing on the cake is a menu dedicated to children. If you are in the area, absolutely worth a try!

We came across this place by pure chance. The environment is small but very welcoming. The owners are two young guys, very kind and helpful. The food is delicious and the raw materials are very fresh and of excellent quality. The cuisine is traditional but with a touch of innovation. Compliments!

Superlative food quality, genuine, local raw materials, cooked with skill. The place is cozy and welcoming: a gem. Selection of really interesting wines, we did a tasting of 3 glasses, really special. We also had the pleasure of purchasing bottles from some small local producers at the end of lunch. The service, the icing on the cake: friendly, professional and passionate. We had two appetizers, two first courses, a dessert and coffees in addition to the wine tasting, the price is perfect for the quality of the raw materials and the service offered. We would have even liked to return the next day to try other dishes that intrigued us but the traffic on the way back got the better of us. A beautiful culinary surprise, which stands out from the classic mountain restaurants for the care and inventiveness of the dishes, an experience to try. Really satisfied, we can't wait to return!
