My partner and I had dinner at this charming restaurant. The location is beautiful, intimate, charming, and pleasant—it feels like being in a small mountain cabin. The food was spectacular, from appetizers to desserts. Great attention was paid to the ingredients, with traditional pairings but with a hint of modernity. Special mention goes to the recycling of waste materials in the table setting, from the bottle necks used as cutlery rests to the plates served inside old bottles. The host was helpful and friendly, and he pampered us throughout the dinner. If you're passing through Bormio or the surrounding area, it's definitely worth a try!

A true hidden gem! This restaurant captivates with its top-notch regional cuisine. The attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly owners make every visit a special experience. I've been several times and have always been thrilled with the authentic and delicious Italian dishes. Special praise goes to Chef Giuseppina for her homemade pasta—simply divine and a must-try!

A wonderful experience in a very characteristic village just a stone's throw from Bormio.
The staff were immediately very kind; having a baby in a stroller, they immediately put us at ease by letting us choose where to sit. The service was impeccable; I'm a wine lover, so I let myself be guided in choosing three glasses, drinking alone—excellent wines.
As for the food, nothing to complain about: refined dishes, exciting and authentic flavors! My only disappointment was discovering them at the end of the holiday 😅 Next year, I'll be booking at least 2-3 lunches! Highly recommended 😆

The sciatt are perhaps among the best I've ever tasted in Valtellina, accompanied by sophisticated dishes like polenta with a tasty snail stew. The renowned pizzoccheri, handcrafted with buckwheat flour, casera cheese, and mountain butter, are another highlight. The wine list offers a selection of excellent labels. The experience was extremely positive and certainly worth repeating.

We found this small restaurant by chance... but what luck!
Even though I called half an hour before the end of service, the woman answered kindly and helpfully. The food was freshly prepared (we were even informed of the appropriate wait time) and was delicious. I'm a vegetarian and had the opportunity to try a parmigiana here (note that there were other options without meat or fish).
The young man who took our order and looked after us throughout the dinner was also knowledgeable and kind.
Highly recommended!

Oh my, what a place!
The location is stunning. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They explain everything on your plate. They have a truly kind approach to children, even newborns like my second daughter! I recommend stopping by!

I had a wonderful meal with the husband and wife who have been running this Osteria for—as it turns out—10 years. They have an impressive wine selection (I didn't try it, as I'm a healthy lifestyler) and delicious local dishes made with fresh ingredients. Allergens, such as gluten, are clearly indicated. They have delicious buckwheat pasta. The lady speaks good English. The village itself is a bit eerie and deserted, but the food is perfect. I thought it was a bit pricey, €119 for two people.

Situata nel borgo di Oga, a pochi minuti da Bormio, l'Osteria Il Triciclo è una vera sorpresa scoperta grazie a mio fratello che già in passato vi ha cenato con la propria famiglia.
Questo piccolo e accogliente ristorante, ricavato da un antico fienile, incanta fin dal primo istante con la sua atmosfera calda e genuina, perfetta per una serata speciale.
La cucina è una celebrazione della Valtellina, con un occhio di riguardo alla filiera corta e alle materie prime alpine di eccellente qualità. Il menù, che cambia ogni due settimane, offre piatti tradizionali ma con un tocco di creatività che li rende davvero sorprendenti. Ho apprezzato la cura nella selezione dei prodotti locali e l'abilità nel trasformarli.
Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e attento, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non ho bevuto, ma la selezione di vini valtellinesi sembra grandiosa.
Che siate alla ricerca di una cena intima o di un'esperienza culinaria che esalti il territorio, l'Osteria Il Triciclo è una tappa obbligata.
