Food was OK but not hot enough. Seriously lacking green vegetables for some reason. Expensive and small portions. ‘Artisanal’ pannetone was dry, over priced and filled with lumps of chocolate which did not enhance it. Nice wine. Restaurant was cold as was the food. Not the best. Nice staff

A small, welcoming place.
The menu includes a few dishes, but they're all delicious, made with top-quality ingredients!
We finished the meal with a dessert prepared by the local pastry shop, but it was so good I didn't have time to photograph it 😋

The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was truly excellent; we had a selection of pecorino cheeses as an appetizer, followed by a tartare and a sliced Chianina beef steak, all truly delicious. The dessert deserves a special mention: a shortcrust pastry with typical dried fruit, paired with an excellent sweet red wine, served chilled.

We return every time we vacation in the area! Quality products, carefully selected by the owners, such as the delicious Pienza pecorino cheeses from an excellent local company we enjoyed today. Also delicious today were the panzanella and tagliolini with Chianina beef ragù: pasta with just the right consistency and a tasty, balanced ragù. The atmosphere is welcoming and charming, with a small outdoor garden, and the owners, Massimo and his wife, are well-managed. Highly recommended!
