Locale simpatico lungo la strada con sala accogliente e oste cordiale. Impeccabile il gusto di quanto provato sia nei primi che nei secondi. Ottimo il vino locale che ci ha suggerito

Fantastic welcome in a quiet environment with soft background music.
We ate on the outdoor veranda with suggestive lights.
The food was a very pleasant surprise, from the starter to the dessert.

The food here was amazing! We had the tonerelli pasta with guanciale and truffle - the pasta had an entire truffle shredded on it! We also took the tagliata and meat was cooked perfectly! The ambiance was perfect for a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this little off the beaten path restaurant!

Wow! We stopped by on a Sunday evening, quite by chance, and were not disappointed!
Friendly service, the terrace is very pleasant on a summer evening.
The tagliata was perfect, the spinach tender. The tonnarelli truffle-guanciale are totally worth the detour... and the desserts...🥰 We will happily come back!

We had dinner last night and it was a great experience. Very simple but particular environment, soft background of jazz music, relaxed and unobtrusive service.
The thing that struck us is that the cuisine is both "mountain" and "sea".
The dishes have a good presentation and very particular and pleasant combinations.
The Pici-type pasta and tagliatelle are handmade.
The cuisine is linked to the Umbrian/Tuscan tradition and the creativity of the chef who should certainly be complimented.
We will definitely return also because we are curious to try the "sea" dishes that we saw on some nearby tables and which had truly inviting aspects.

Appena finita la cena e recensiamo questo ristorante con grande esperienza. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di crostini con burrata e Alici; siamo passati poi a due primi: gnocchi con spigola e zafferano (molto buoni) e linguine con tartare di gamberoni e pomodorini (la pasta aveva un sapore fantastico di pesce). Come secondo abbiamo mangiato polpo rosticciato con crema di ceci (morbido e veramente buono). Come dolce abbiamo preso un semifreddo alla panna con cioccolato caldo. Infine due caffè. Il pasto è stato accompagnato da un Sauvignon della cantina Momani. Spesa di 98 euro (soldi ben spesi). Sul finire chiacchierata col proprietario sui vini del territorio umbro. Grazie ancora e ci rivediamo presto.
