A 10/10 dinner!! I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have made a better choice. Wonderful atmosphere immersed in the Tuscan hills, few tables and very kind service, attentive to every need. Impeccable food, traditional Tuscan offerings but creatively revisited by the chef, much appreciated. A place where we will definitely return and that we will recommend!

We decided to have dinner here based on the good reviews, and it was simply wonderful. The food was soooo good, the service incredibly friendly, and the whole atmosphere was dreamy! Now that's what I call hospitality! We had various dishes from the regional menu, and everyone enjoyed everything, absolutely everything. At the end of the evening, the chef himself came to our table to ask if we had enjoyed our meal! 12 out of 10!!! It's definitely worth coming here!

We had high expectations and they were all met to the fullest. Small but very welcoming and very typical place.. exceptional staff, you can see that they love their job and the area where they live… Traditional dishes, exceptional!!! In a beautiful hamlet near Gaiole, this tavern deserves in my opinion the maximum score and, if it were possible, an additional bonus: for the friendliness and kindness, for the quality of the rustic interior room with exposed beams, with a fireplace and, on the walls, original paintings by a painter who chose Barbischio as his home and whose production really impressed us. The beauty of the place is combined with the quality of the dishes, all excellent: we had an appetizer, two main courses and two desserts, they also bring an excellent amuse-bouche offered by them, good bread, good wine (what can I say, we are in Chianti!!), very honest bill. Long live small courageous businesses like this one that, with a smile and willingness to welcome customers in the best possible way, make it even more pleasant to explore wonderful places that we Italians frequent less than they deserve.

A small, very cozy ristorante with a lot of charm and a fireplace. Great little menu with equally great dishes from the region. But the icing on the cake are Sophie and Claudio. The most personable staff I have ever met. So if you're ever in the area, stop by and let yourself be pampered.

Claudio's welcome with his stories of Chianti and Tuscany, Sophie's professionalism in service and Andreas' excellent hands in the kitchen will listen, delight and amaze your every request.
