My wife and I both thought that this was a great find. The food was our of this world. The Tuscan Steak was too die for, the pasta with anchove and breadcrumbs was delicious. Even the cannellini beans were delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Not just because it appeared on the bourgeois TV show "4 Restaurants." Located in a pedestrian area, the food is excellent, with very tasty dishes. Friendly staff.

The meat is delicious and the service is good, but only three stars due to the price and the constant intrusions by flower vendors. I would like to remind you that the owners have a duty to ensure the privacy and safety of paying customers.

Il 27 aprile abbiamo pranzato all'Osteria Il Grottino di Arezzo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Abbiamo iniziato con una serie di crostini ai fegatini davvero gustosi, poi abbiamo proseguito con delle ottime pappardelle al ragù di Chianina e dei tagliolini alla carbonara con tartufo, semplicemente deliziosi. Tutto buono, ben preparato e servito con cortesia. Complimenti allo staff! Consigliato a chi vuole gustare i sapori autentici della cucina toscana.

06/10/2025: On a busy Sunday in October, we stumbled upon this trattoria. The space isn't very large, but it was very welcoming. The owners were extremely courteous and willing to welcome us, even though the place was almost full. The food features traditional local dishes, all very good. The value for money is excellent. It's definitely an unpretentious place, and perhaps that makes it a little more appealing, as you're welcomed into a typical trattoria-style atmosphere, a welcoming and helpful family atmosphere without too many frills, where the owner is happy to chat with you. It's ideal for those who want to stop and enjoy a moment of tranquility and feel a little at home.
15/09/2025: The homemade pasta is good. The platter and crostini are excellent. The staff are very kind and helpful. I'm not giving it 5 stars because they didn't inform us that the POS was out of order before seating us. A typical Arezzo osteria. A little more cleaning wouldn't hurt.

11/10/2025: The food is good, but food isn't everything, so I don't recommend it.
29/09/2025: A great place for a quick lunch, a private dinner, or even a group meal. The three-course lunch menus are convenient and truly delicious. The à la carte menu is always very good and sophisticated, with all menus featuring spring/summer and autumn/winter variations to suit all budgets. The interior is beautiful, and the veranda surrounded by plants is special.
