The restaurant is located in the square in front of the fountain, a beautiful setting.
The restaurant is not very large, but it's welcoming.
The table setting is very well-designed, with decorative plates; the tables are small.
The menu isn't extensive, and choosing can be difficult due to the unique flavors.
The food is decent; honestly, I would have expected more, especially considering the slightly above-average prices.
The service was professional, but rather cold and clinical.
It was unpleasant to hear the staff chattering in the kitchen.

We loved this restaurant! We ate their twice during our stay weeks stay in Panicale, a charming hillside town. It was was off season in November so we were able to walk in without a reservation. The food was excellent, non-traditional Italian cuisine with a great wine selection and the service was great. The commute was fantastic as it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. We will definitely go back on our next trip back to Panicale. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or staying in town.

A magical village, a charming little square, and a truly welcoming Osteria. Thanks to Simone and his team for providing us with excellent cuisine in a colorful, family-friendly atmosphere...simplicity is often the greatest value! Highly recommended for a relaxing, delicious meal! And for a glass of wine, Simone will also be happy to recommend an excellent glass of wine from the splendid Umbrian hills!

My girlfriend and I stopped by for a late lunch, not knowing what to expect. The food we received was beyond exceptional.
I had the Fusili Ragu, her the Wild Boar. We are going back again for the ragu, which is cooked for 16-18 hours from what we were told.
The owner Simone was also very kind to us. Highly recommend!

Restaurante absolutamente fantástico en el lugar más encantador junto a la fuente en Panicale. Comimos aquí varias veces el año pasado y recibimos una cálida bienvenida del propietario, Simone, cuando regresamos este año. Es un restaurante familiar y Lorena (esposa de Simone) es la chef principal. El menú es pequeño pero realmente interesante. Toda la comida es imaginativa y bellamente presentada. El pan casero es increíble! ¡Nos encantan especialmente las chuletas de cordero con costra de pistacho! Un gran restaurante realmente.
