I chose this tavern reading the reviews and I was very happy. You eat and drink divinely. The owner is very knowledgeable about what is needed at the table and knows how to look after the guest, also recommending a good wine. Right portions and well prepared. The girl who waits at the tables is also very kind and attentive. I would recommend this place to every person I know or not, because those who work well deserve a reward and the least I can do is invite anyone who reads to come in and enjoy it. Enjoy your meal.

Restaurant offering excellent, well-prepared dishes. The restaurant consists of a single room, well furnished in rustic style with tables spaced so you can eat comfortably. The staff is friendly and offers attentive and timely service. Nice evening.

A superb lunch in a lovely, rustic dining room with friendly and helpful staff. Standouts were the creamed salt cod starter and my parpadelle with rabbit and artichokes. Also very good value for money. Wish I'd taken some photos but was too busy eating. A brilliant find just a few minutes walk from the centre - highly recommended.

Locale molto simpatico, con tavolacci di legno e atmosfera molto gradevole. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo direi eccezionale, i piatti sono poco pretenziosi e privi di frivolezza, ma assolutamente non banali, sia il primo che il secondo erano di qualità davvero notevolissime. Buoni, buoni. Anche il vino rosso della casa tutt'altro che ordinario. Gentilissimo il signore che ci ha servito. Se non ci andate, peggio per voi.

From the outside the place doesn't look particularly nice, but once inside you discover a much cleaner and more well-kept environment, despite the tables and chairs being a little old and noisy. The dishes are good and the restaurant manages to create quite unusual and particular flavor combinations, however I find that the portions are a bit small. I would therefore recommend taking a first and second course, or a starter instead of one of the two. I instead address a slight criticism to the service, which I found slow. I can understand if food is delayed by complex preparation. But here we are also talking about delays in taking orders or bringing water. Furthermore, I found the waiter to be sometimes kind, sometimes meticulous. Rudely taking the trouble to correct the position of my napkin or plate. In fact, he wanted to correct me, moving the plate from my place to that of the person next to me, stating that "the plate should have been put there". I'll know who eats what, right? And in case I'm wrong, I think I can correct it. However, the dinner was satisfying

Ci sono stata a pranzo e devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto ben oltre le mie aspettative. Il locale è molto bello e caratteristico ed i piatti eccezionali, il tutto con un servizio impeccabile. Ah dimenticavo… il conto… assolutamente adeguato. Qualità prezzo indiscutibile. È stato un peccato dover ripartire perché avrei adorato un altro pranzo qui.

I was there for lunch and I must say that everything was perfect, far beyond my expectations. The place is very beautiful and characteristic and the dishes are exceptional, all with impeccable service. Oh I forgot... the bill... absolutely adequate. Unquestionable price quality. It was a shame to have to leave again as I would have loved another lunch here.
