If I were to ever become a vegetarian, I could always make an exception for Osteria Il Cortile's "Beef cheek with Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.C. and mashed potatoes."

Excellent. Small, elegant, clean, and welcoming place. Excellent service. They welcomed us in the best way. The dishes are typical of the area and super delicious. Even my 8-year-old enjoyed them. If we ever get back to Castel di Sangro, we'll definitely dine at Osteria Il Cortile again.

03/03/2026: Good experience. The portions are small but good. The meatballs are quite tasty. The meat is excellent. The rice is a little overcooked. The prices are fair. The bathroom needs more attention. We'll be back!
28/02/2026: Dinner for about 40 colleagues, divided into four tables. They were available on the menu, available and patient in setting up the tables, and fair on the price. Overall? The people were down-to-earth, warm, and friendly, and they treated us very well.
