Tuscan cuisine with a slight twist, with excellent results! Their entree is a chocolate-covered chicken liver praline, exceptional, incredible! A good selection of wines—few but excellent—we chose an excellent Ligurian rosé! For dessert, a wide selection of delicious mini pastries. Average price.

Everything is delicious and you can taste the craftsmanship.

Excellent restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Truly delicious dishes; local cuisine with traditional dishes like fried tripe, mutton, lampredotto, steak, and various small desserts. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and a well-kept venue with touches of street art.

Located in the center of San Giorgio a Colonica, there's ample free parking near the restaurant, but parking is often difficult.
The food is traditional Tuscan, but presented in an elegant and refined way. The flavors are excellent and the ingredients are top-notch.
I returned to this restaurant after many years. It used to have a delicious dessert buffet, but now they offer small pastries, very good, at one euro a piece (I preferred the old formula).
The staff is very friendly and quick with their service.

I wanted to try the fried tripe, and it was truly spectacular.
But for an appetizer, they brought us a terrine of chicken livers coated in chocolate and topped with pear and rum jelly (if I'm not mistaken). It was fabulous!
For dessert, there were some miniatures. You can choose whatever you want and in whatever quantity you want, a really interesting option.
