We found this little restaurant almost by accident, tucked away in the alleys of Pellestrina. We ordered grilled prawns and a sea bass fillet, accompanied by house white wine and a bottle of water. The prices are more than fair, considering they're all seafood dishes (we paid €43 total). The owners were very kind, especially when they helped us with a small payment issue.
The only downside is perhaps the wait, likely due to the start of the warmer months.

A very quaint seafood restaurant, very convenient to the Pellestrina ferry stop. Excellent service, with an unexpected kindness. Truly delicious dishes, especially the pasticcio (grandmother's recipe is spot on), the fried fish, and the scallops. The portions are also good. Highly recommended.

I recently had the opportunity to have lunch here with my dragon boat friends. We rowed all the way from the furthest end of Lido and slowly explored the lovely Pellestrina. This osteria is located in a quiet area of the town, in a campiello we might say, where the host warmly greeted us. We had mozzarella in carrozza and polpette as appetisers, a pasticcio di pesce, and fritto misto as well (the one you can see in the picture!). Everything was also accompanied by white wine, and the meal ended with a delicious tiramisu. I overall enjoyed the experience, the food was great, the fritto misto not particularly oily and quite flavourful, and I got to make new friends as well, so overall I would say a fantastic, absolutely recommended restaurant in a more authentic area of the Ventian lagoon!

A quaint restaurant in Pellestrina, the contrast between the old-fashioned tavern style on the ground floor and the elegant restaurant upstairs is beautiful. The mixed seafood antipasto was excellent, as was the sea bass we ate.
