Gregoria is a very professional waitress.
Her service is so wonderful. The food is delicious, the beef tarter is fresh, the Florentine steak is great and the Tiramisu is the best.

We're from Lazio and wanted to try the typical Florentine steak. We found ourselves in a wonderful place, a little surreal! The girls serving us were very polite and very nice... the meat? EXCELLENT. We'll definitely be back ❤️

A happy medium... The service was slow and the staff a bit sloppy. The food was good and well-prepared, but nothing over the top... Overall, we had a good time... the price was fair.

The restaurant is very unique. The ladies in the dining room are friendly, one of them decidedly more knowledgeable about the place and the dishes. The price, though, is a bit of a sore point. €80 for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course with two side dishes and a single glass of wine is definitely a lot. The food is good, but very spicy...

We had a fantastic evening at Ristorante Osteria Il Bivio! The food was consistently excellent, but I must single out one particular highlight: the freshly chopped steak tartare was simply divine – perfectly flavorful and of the highest quality.
The visit was made even more enjoyable by the incredibly friendly and attentive service, which made us feel instantly welcome. If you're looking for excellent cuisine and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!
