A happy medium... The service was slow and the staff a bit sloppy. The food was good and well-prepared, but nothing over the top... Overall, we had a good time... the price was fair.

The restaurant is very unique. The ladies in the dining room are friendly, one of them decidedly more knowledgeable about the place and the dishes. The price, though, is a bit of a sore point. €80 for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course with two side dishes and a single glass of wine is definitely a lot. The food is good, but very spicy...

We had a fantastic evening at Ristorante Osteria Il Bivio! The food was consistently excellent, but I must single out one particular highlight: the freshly chopped steak tartare was simply divine – perfectly flavorful and of the highest quality. The visit was made even more enjoyable by the incredibly friendly and attentive service, which made us feel instantly welcome. If you're looking for excellent cuisine and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!

Intimate location and friendly staff. The quality of the products is excellent, from the appetizers to the sliced ​​steak. I was very satisfied with both the quality and the price, I recommend it.

13/01/2026: At first glance, the pizzeria looks like any other neighborhood establishment. Inside, there were many regulars, often families... We came for pizzas, but were tempted by the menu which offered seafood and pasta antipasti... so we decided to try it... and what a great find! Excellent dishes, subtly spiced, generous portions with pasta cooked "al dente" (a must in Italy or you risk being lynched!)... All this with exceptionally friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended... prices more than reasonable...
12/01/2026: The best pizza in Pistoia, not to mention the rest... kind and smiling staff (very rare nowadays), no hassle in the center, easy parking, in short... any occasion is a good one to come to Brace!!!
