We're from Lazio and wanted to try the typical Florentine steak. We found ourselves in a wonderful place, a little surreal! The girls serving us were very polite and very nice... the meat? EXCELLENT. We'll definitely be back ❤️

The restaurant is very unique. The ladies in the dining room are friendly, one of them decidedly more knowledgeable about the place and the dishes. The price, though, is a bit of a sore point. €80 for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course with two side dishes and a single glass of wine is definitely a lot. The food is good, but very spicy...

We had a fantastic evening at Ristorante Osteria Il Bivio! The food was consistently excellent, but I must single out one particular highlight: the freshly chopped steak tartare was simply divine – perfectly flavorful and of the highest quality. The visit was made even more enjoyable by the incredibly friendly and attentive service, which made us feel instantly welcome. If you're looking for excellent cuisine and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!

07/04/2026: Restaurant located inside the Zoological Park located in Via Pieve a Celle in the province of Pistoia in a welcoming and informal environment immersed in greenery and surrounded by nature and animals from all over the world, where you can enjoy good dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisine, excellent cured meats and good food also at the self-service in the structure opposite, all accompanied by local wines with a kind, fast and helpful service.
27/03/2026: We were blown away by the exceptional quality of this restaurant, where I celebrated my birthday today with my brothers. Everything was perfect: from the testaroli with cavolo nero (15.00) to the artichoke with quail eggs, pecorino cheese, and truffle (20.00), excellent value. Fantastic service, extremely friendly staff, and the waiter even provided us with interesting information about the park. Finally, the coffee menu was excellent and refined. Highly recommended!
