During our recent visit to Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio, we were absolutely enchanted by the entire experience. The food was nothing short of exquisite—each dish bursting with flavor and prepared with the utmost care. It’s clear that the kitchen team is passionate about what they do, and it shines through in every bite. However, what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service we received. Our waiter was not only incredibly polite but also a true professional in every sense of the word. His warm demeanor and genuine attentiveness made us feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs with such grace, and his knowledge of the menu added a lovely personal touch to our dining experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and impeccable service, but Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio has certainly achieved it. Beautiful location, excellent food and very kind service. I don't know how much I paid because I didn't pay, but it's worth what they ask for, for sure.

Typical trattoria found by chance but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine. Excellent value for money if we get the chance we will definitely come back

As others have said, this is a hidden gem which is in the heart of Tuscany, in Val d’Orcia. Marcello and his wife are so nice and welcoming. The food is very tasty. We especially liked the chicken with lemon and caper sauce. Hope to return again some day! Grazie Marcello!
