Restaurant a few steps from the tower.
I hoped I hadn't ended up in the classic place that preys on tourists and, fortunately, I was satisfied.
Welcoming and spacious environment, well furnished and lit.
The appetizer was good, a Tuscan platter, with cold cuts and samplings of regional specialties.
The Pisan tripe was excellent and reminded me of my mother's tripe in terms of consistency and flavour...and you either know how to treat tripe or better yet leave it alone! Well done!
Fast, precise service, nothing to complain about.
Absolutely honest account.
If I pass through Pisa again, I will gladly return.

A very nice place that I'm happy to have chosen for lunch as soon as we arrived in Pisa. We liked the nice environment, the kind and attentive staff and the good cuisine which offers variety with attention also to vegetarians and vegans (none of us are but I was struck by this aspect)! No waiting, fast service...also it is one of the few places in central Pisa that accepts reservations. Excellent experience. Advised!

Good cuisine. Excellent wild boar, a sublime flavor with obligatory slipper (they could have warned that the olives were on the bone), fillet that melted in the mouth. The service was a little pushy but super polite. The price of the bill seemed fair to me for the quality of what we consumed even though from the reviews I was hoping for something less.

We had dinner on New Year's Eve and were particularly impressed.
The atmosphere was welcoming, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable with the staff who proved to be kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu was à la carte. The dishes were delicious. I tasted the pappardelle with calamari and courgettes, an exquisite dish.
I highly recommend Osteria i Santi.

Diante das inúmeras opções "pega turista" em Pisa, acho que não vale a pena ficar arriscando, então, recomendo a visita neste restaurante, pois a comida foi bastante satisfatória e os preços foram razoáveis, dentro do esperado. É uma ótima opção e recomendamos a visita quando estiver passando por Pisa. Vale um elogio para a decoração do restaurante, que é muito bonita.

Restaurant en dehors des rues touristiques, rue peu passante, il y a du choix sur la carte, nous sommes satisfaits de nos plats, bon rapport qualité/prix, tripes et pâtes (spécialités du coin satisfaisantes).
