Excellent food, courtesy, reasonable price

The owner offers a wonderful and friendly welcome, a warm and harmonious atmosphere, exquisite dishes, and excellent wine list. That place you wish was close to home.

The menu is a bit daring, as it's not exactly a traditional menu. Overall, however, it was a good lunch at a fair price.

I discovered it a few years ago, by chance, during a motorcycle ride, and was completely satisfied. Today I purposely returned—again, by motorcycle. What can I say? My memory was not only confirmed, but even surpassed. The ingredients are always excellent and expertly enhanced by the chef's elegant touch. The desserts, made by the hostess, are also excellent! A very elegant place in the Langhe, without being overly elaborate. I won't dwell on the wine because that would be reductive. Excellent value for money and impeccable service. In my opinion, and on my palate, one of my favorites.

I visited this restaurant because of a local friend’s recommendation. We are four people so I thought to make an online reservation but the system asked the credit card number and 40euro per a person charge in the case of the last minutes cancellation or no-show. So, we did not make a reservation and just went to the restaurant directly. The owner lady was very friendly. The outside tables were charming and cool for the summer. The garden area is coved by an excellent big white awning. Slow service. All of us liked pasta which was slightly small portions for its price. Some of us tried the Tartar dish which was about 100g, and it was really tiny portion for 17 euro! We do love the tartar and we already bought some Fassone raw meat from many famous butchers in the area. Basically the local good tartar meat costs 13-20 euro per Kg for private customers. The taste of all dishes we tried in this restaurant was fine but we end up to eating panini after this restaurant.
