We ate very well. Although the restaurant specializes in fish, the prices are very honest and it combines Italian and Japanese cuisine, bringing a freshness to tradition.

The good news is that there is a way to eat good fish in Florence without fainting. Simple but well-kept environment, courteous and helpful service, short menu but with an excellent quality/price ratio, between traditional proposals and some original and unusual ones that create a dialogue between Mediterranean and oriental cuisine.

04/01/2024: Reserving a table at this restaurant on New Year’s Day was made super easy by TA’s The Fork app, and we were seated comfortably upon arrival by the friendly staff. The main dining purpose of our visit here was to sample the Bistecca Fiorentina, and boy, was it good. Mixed salads, a primo piatto of pappardelle were also good, and sides of roast potato and particularly the white beans were excellent. Likewise, to finish, affogato and beautifully-balanced grappa concluded our meal perfectly. I can thank a travel guide, very experienced with showing large tourist groups through Florence, for this recommendation - it was a delightful meal.

16/07/2024: sempre u8n esperienza piacevole di mangiare pesce fresco e ben cucinato, i prezzi sono aumentati, colpa dei pescatori però la qualità si paga, lo raccomando di cuore
03/03/2024: una chicca a viareggio. il locale è piccolo ma arredato con gusto. qualità del cibo è veramente ottima per una spesa giusta. una tagliata di tonno da leccarsi i baffi. torneremo sicuramente. consigliatissimo.
