Family lunch on Sunday. We all took the €22 meat menu for 1 plate of tagliatelle with meat sauce and 2 sausages + baked potatoes. Drinking excluded. The dishes were good. The service was fast. The friendly waiters. Pleasant and quiet background music

Quality of the raw material impeccable, curious to eat the crescia, the very kind Beatrice still satisfied us even if it was off the menu, crescia with sausage, spinach and cheese, I don't know what the crescia is like and how many varieties there are, but I'm sure next time that I will be in the area and I will want to eat crescia again, I will still come to the Gula tavern accompanied by a menu that they offer. Highly recommended.

Cozy place even if a little too formal for a tavern. Friendly and prepared staff. We had two glasses of Rosso Conero, as an appetizer a platter with local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by crescia filo pastry and focaccia, all very good. As a first course, pappardelle with wild boar ragout, not exceptional in my opinion, and Gula pappardelle with truffle, pecorino di Fosse and beef, these were excellent. The portions are generous. The bill is a little high, 75 euros for two.

Very particular location. A mix between tavern and pub which gives it a nice character. Maybe I paid a little above average, but the service and food are excellent.

Locale molto accogliete - personale affabile e disponibile - cibo buono e porzioni abbondanti - ottima colonna sonora di sottofondo - prezzi un pò alti ma l'abbondanza dei piatti rende giustizia

We stopped here our first night in Urbino for a quick bite and some wine. Typically places on the main piazzas of Italian towns can be overpriced and humdrum affairs where the main appeal is the location. There's some of that here. It was pricey but not rapacious. On the other hand, the proprietor is friendly if a bit quirky, and seeks to welcome. We had a nice large charcuterie board and a bottle of red wine. Certainly served its purpose.

06/02/2025: Serata con due amiche , era la prima volta in questo locale. Giusta atmosfera , cibo buonissimo e ottimo servizio.Al momento del conto ci accorgiamo che hanno messo una bottiglia di acqua in più, quindi al tavolo facciamo i conti togliendo l'acqua in più dividiamo per tre e andiamo alla cassa .Al momento di pagare ho fatto presente la cosa alla signora alla cassa del disguido. Paghiamo e mentre stiamo uscendo avevamo ancora la porta aperta , la signora rivolgendosi al cameriere ha detto , con aria infastidita MI HANNO FATTO TOGLIERE UN EURO!! non si fa così anche se cifra era irrisoria avrebbe dovuto scusarsi e soprattutto i commenti si fanno quando sei sicuro di non essere ascoltato .Morale MAI PIÙ!!!
22/01/2025: Everything perfect. Cozy place located along one of the main streets of the centre. Interesting menu with non-trivial proposals. Impeccable and fast but never intrusive service. Excellent homemade bread. A little welcome from the chef to start. The two of us had duck salad as a starter, stuffed paccheri as a first course and stuffed quail as a second course with a vegetable terrine as a side dish. All individual portions to be divided into two. To finish, a strudel and a tartlet with eggnog and chestnut cream and persimmon puree. A glass of wine. Excellent flavors and very visually beautiful dishes. Everything perfect. Cost appropriate to the quality of the dishes.

02/11/2024: Posto fantastico, con un vero professionista dell’accoglienza in sala che ti coccola dall’inizio alla fine. Ottima la scelta di puntare su vini del territorio, valorizzando le eccellenze locali. Da ammirare anche la proposta di degustare 4 tipologie di olio diverse messe a disposizione fin dal nostro arrivo a tavola. Cucina ottima e realizzata con amore per i prodotti e maestria nelle preparazioni. Se non si trovasse a troppi km (moltissimi) da casa mia sarebbe il mio ristorante ideale, per adesso lo metto nei luoghi del cuore. Bravissimi.
13/10/2024: We ate here. What a great cook, worthy of a Michelin star. Enjoyed. Eva Maria is standing alone in the kitchen. What a top chef. She conjures up delicious dishes. Great class. Highly recommended to eat there Axel, partner of Eva Maria, an excellent host.
