Osteria Grattacacio In Fabriano

We were passing through Fabriano, and it was already late for lunch, so we stopped by this place. It was very welcoming, with music just the right volume and extremely friendly staff. We had amazing eggplant parmigiana and equally delicious tagliatelle with eggplant ragù. We highly recommend it!

This indoor restaurant in the city center (no outdoor seating) was easy to find on a Wednesday lunchtime (white lines). The appetizer and carbonara were sensational. The wait was a bit long. The staff was young and friendly.

This evening, passing through Fabriano, we decide to have dinner at this place. A very welcoming place, suitable for dinners with friends, but also for dinners as a couple. Very good appetizer as well as the mixed grill cooked to perfection, accompanied by a good white wine. The tiramisu was very good even if the portion was a little small. Overall, an excellent place.

I had dinner last night and I have to say I had a great time, very much so. Really excellent carbonara and as a second course I had their grilled meat, and I was also very satisfied with that. The service was fast and very friendly from the staff, the guy at the cash register and at the reception was really nice and good at his job, I will definitely go back.

We were at Osteria del Grattacacio for two consecutive nights and I have to say that it was a truly unique culinary experience! The owner, Francesco, is a very friendly, professional guy and made us feel at home. The atmosphere of the Osteria is very welcoming with nice background music. Fair prices considering the quality and quantity of the food. In short, I highly recommend Osteria del Grattacacio to anyone looking for an authentic and excellent culinary experience. The food is excellent Francesco the owner is a very polite, friendly and competent guy, as soon as possible I will return to this place for dinner. I highly recommend it.

Piccola osteria poco fuori le mura di Fabriano, ambiente e servizio informale con piatti della tradizione rivisitati con creatività. Ottimi il crostone con fave in porchetta mancava giusto un po' di olio, i panini al baccalà e la parmigiana di melanzane. bene la carbonara, abbondante anche nel condimento, tagliata con materia prima di qualità, quasi per due il tagliere del guerriero. Prezzi nella media. Bravi ragazzi

We discovered this place by chance after visiting the "Temple of Valadier". Very nice and well looked after place. Very welcoming and kind staff. Good food. Right portions. Excellent quality/price. Definitely worth returning.

The carbonara, as recommended by those who preceded me, is worth it. The scratch cheese starter is quite anonymous, little or nothing of the territory. I had asked if there was wine by the glass and I was only offered a Ribolla, then to the next table they brought two glasses of a Conero red wine and a Passerina. I didn't like this at all.
