Quando andiamo a mangiare li, sappiamo sempre cosa aspettarci. Nel senso che non sappiamo cosa mangeremo: Ed il bello è proprio lì, entrare ed essere accolti con garbo, con lo stesso sentimento si viene seguiti nella proposta del vino e nel servire delle vere e proprie delizie culinarie. Alfio coi vini e suo fratello Bruno alla cucina, sono due veri e propri geni nell'arte dell'accoglienza e dello stare bene qualche ora in un posto accogliente e defilato. Una sorta di scrigno da preservare. 5 stelle, assolute!
